The request for correcting the error was put up on 20JUNE2018(Wednesday). The error on the TV shows - Error 1/2, i.e., Please remove and place the tatasky card correctly - something like that. Hence called the customer care and registered a repair request. The guy came on 23JUNE2018(Saturday) - I believe his name is Satish, he checked and said I am not sure whether the problem is with the card or the box, so he have to take both to the tatasky...

Am facing exactly the same issue. I am using tata sky for 2 years and paying around 750 a month. Now suddenly the. Signal stop appearing and customer care told me about the stupid 100 rs charge along with any additional charge for repairs.. Shame on you tata sky there is a thing called customer service: try google it and learn providing it to loyal long term customers. This is the wrong card for this set top box error is appearing. Please resolve. I am using tata sky set top box. One of my set top box was not receiving the signals and i called yhe cutomer care today (27/6/18) at 9:02 pm and was told all the executives are busy so book the call and vwe will call you in 10minutes. I did the same and waited for 25 minutes but no one called up. I again called up the customer care at 9:27pm and they made me wait for 22 minutes and after that was told to call some other time as they were unable...
