I have sent my company id card from blegaum to hyderabad through professional courier(BGM[protected] on 11th Sep.Till date (21st sep) it is not dispatched.

I have given a couple calls to the Secunderabad office but the issue not been resolved.

I have sent a courier of 2.6 kg from Pune Professional courier to Lucknow dated 25th September

The courier has taken 14 days and it is yet not delivered.I have tried to reach help from Pune Yerawada branch as well as Lucknow branches but no proper respnse from the team

One of my friend recently couriered hospital bills and he enquired before even sending the courier, if the courier will be delivered to the address mention only after confirming he paid money and filled all details related to courier. On 17th Aug, I handover my packet to the Cuffe Parade branch, Mumbai. it was supposed to reach Agra in next 2-3 days.

I faced a very unprofessional approach by your staffs in Thrissur, Kodagallur and Vadanapally Branches (Kerala) I have sent the above consigment on 07-AUg-20023 from Chennai; in tracking system it shows reached Thrissur on 08-aug-2023 still not received.

I am trying to check with above three branches none of them are accountabiity for thier work they are diverting with to these branches I tried calling...

The above consignemnt reached your kundara branch on 5th of aug 2023. They rand g up and told me that there is no door delivery and so i have to go to their office and collect the letter. The courier was supposed to deliver by 05/08/2023 to the respective location but till has not been received.
