"Purchase Titan Edge and your bad time starts immediately"

Last year (June 2010), I purchased a Titan Edge wrist watch from the authorized Titan dealer in Aligarh (U.P) and paid more than 7500/- INR.

Within a period of one year, the watch went out-of-order four times.

For first 3 times, I went to the authorized dealer, he took it back repaired and gave back in few days.
Anyway,...

I bought a Fast Track watch strap (which the shopkeeper claims that it costs Rs. 300) and a watch cell at Titan showroom, City center, Banjara Hills, Hyedrabad. The shopkeeper charged me Rs. 500 and didn't give me a bill. The lady (who repaired my watch) charged Rs. 180 just for the cell. Moreover, she didn't give me the bill. I wish action is taken on the management of the showroom. I wish someone catches them red-handed....

I have purchased one Titan wrist watch from Time Centre, Jalpaiguri on 19 Apr 2011. It has been given guarantee for two years. Now the watch is stopped and when I contacted the shop they are telling that they will not replace the watch but replace the cell. We have 1 Tb HDD for our CCTV systems. We have 7 hard disk in warranty period. all the hard disks are problem occurred during continuous working.Kindly give a suggestion for checking and replacement of the HDD....

The item which was ordered by me was not up to the satisfation. The margin money @ 75% of the total cost was paid by me in this respect also.
As the order can not be repeated by the manager of showroom, I am bound to purchase another item for the same cost.

I am a unhappy customer and victim of poor service, delay in response, no follow-up by the well known, branded Tanishq jewellery. I have been purchasing several items over last 5 years. And when I wanted to return couple of my jewels and encash - the real side of Tanishq is seen.
