channels are changing by itself

We are observing videocon d2h channels are changing by itself continuously. We are not operating in remote. Yesterday only we got it recharged. Very upset with your telephone service as they don't respond properly. Its very annoying. Please look into this issue. We want the resolution as soon as possible....

issue regarding my videocon d2h set top box

Sir i am syed ahseen qadri customer of d2h videocon since last 10 years i have technical issue with my set top box since last more then 15 days i contact customer service plenty of time conversations with senior officials but they are lieing and fooling me right now i am frustrated domestic pressure is on me for repair set top box... videocon d2h signal issue.

Hi,

I'm frequently facing no signal issue and when i called customer care they asked me to pay 200rs as service charge. After i paid and issue fixed it reapeated with in 15 days, this time the technician is not visiting to fix issue for the reason that he has do to it for free. I tried calling customer care number number of times, every time they say that new ticket is created and technician visit with in 8 working hours....

unauthorised deduction of service charge from cust id : 72268439

1. I recharged on 01aug2019 by paying rs 250 details below. But service not provided immediately d2h told they have to realign the antenna but d2h not aligned the till 08aug219 but deducted amount on daily basis when i called customer care d2h told that they will provide credit for the 8 days loss of service. D2h told me that i need to pay rs 200 for technician.

32" led tv videocon

I have purchased the videocon 32" led tv in 30 nov 2014 with five year warranty and i got 5 yrs extended warranty (Amc from tekcare). I got the led screen blank may month and i have raised the complain and visited the takecare person on 1st jun 19 but after that i did not get any response from them.

I have written mail to videocon customer care also but still not got the response from them also.

Videocon charged me extra money for my account[protected]. Whenever i raise a complaint they insult and humiliate me by saying that you are laying. And they don't help at all. Their senior disconnect the call when i call them and they are saying that you only have activated it. I have raised more than 6 complaint but no response.

not refunding the recharge amount

We have recently activated our videocon d2h and the customer care have asked to recharge with an amount of inr 580, however after multiple attempts the connection didn't worked and the company is refusing on returning the recharge amount. Also, just for the activation, the technician gave us the bill of inr 750 which wasnt acceptable. We do not wish to have this account working due to such problems and wish to get the refund of the recharge...

videocon d2h login problem

Unable to login to videocon d2h since yesterday.
Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
Unable to contact customer care numbers including nodal office number. None of them are working.
Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest....

I have videocon d2h connection and i have recharged for yearly pack which costs around 8000 rs. And the videocon d2h website clearly mention that any recharge for moore than 11 months will have 1 month free subscription along with 1 service will be free. new connection still not activated

I put a new connection yesterday morning. The engineer who came said the connection will get activated in 1 hour. After 3 hours, i called customer care and they said it will start by 7:55pm. I called again at 9pm and they said it will start before 12am. I called again and they said it will start today. It has been 28 hours now and they are saying wait till 10am tomorrow.

channels added without permission and amount charged.

There are 2 channels got added in my account without my permission. And charged of rs. 80 is deducted for that. And my active subscription also expires prior to the date.

A complaint about the same reason is registered at call center 4 times still not solved. Call center person told issue will get short out within 24hr and amount will get refunded still not done.

black spotted on led screen

From vijay sales borival west within 6 months their were blackspots in the led we called the service center the asked us to give it to them for repair as it was under warranty.2+1 year after a couple of days when i checked with then they are not answering my calls and the place is shut i don't know where my t. money not getting refund.

I had recharged for 1 year with 3600 something rupees. The d2h service got stopped. Customer care asked me to buy a new box in which they will transfer the money.
Now they are refusing to give my 3400 plus rupees.
It is still in my old account. Because of the limitations in their services at different stages of transaction only, i, as a consumer is paying. Please help....

videocon d2h tv services in bangalore

I have faced and registered number of issues with this videcon d2h.
There is no proper customer call center to support.
And people on support do not know how to resolve issues and they blindly disconnect calls.
Simply they keep charging by telling issues with set up box.
They have changed set up box, complete wiring of building and still the same scrap service.

Most of the time signal will off....

Its been a great disappointment having subscribed to d2h services. I have been your customer for 2/3 year now and have two connections on consumer id 91810551. Now with disappointment i have to take actions for i am not being serviced or treated well.
