2) New setup box fixed and collected money from me as below,

Rs 700.00 for new setup box
Rs 200.00 for service charge ( total Rs 900.00 collected from me by service person and also service charge Rs 200.00 deducted from my account....

Display not working.. Videocon engineer visit and told me your tv in woranty you will get new display in 20days.
Two month gone no any person call from videocon company side
And even not receive my call also
Rs 700 cash given to videocon engineer
