In spite of my many e mails to this co, they are not furnishing me a list of channels being broadcasting on my tv. They have already migrated my old plan to their new plan of rs.269/- but without furnishing me a list of channels. You are, therefore, requested to please look into this matter and arrange to furnish me a list channels. Thanks for your kind cooperation....

sports channel gets disconnected during live matches

This is to inform with great displeasure that such bad things are happening with me. As per tria i have selected my channels manually and have selected star sports 3 and other sports channels to watch live cricket. But recently all of a sudden when the ipl matches starts my all sports channels are blocked with message mentioned "signal not available", while other channels are working fine. To my surprise after the match overs the next morning...

videocon refrigerator

Hi Team,

I have a problem with my Videocon refrigerator -model # VAP244E/2013. I gave complaint @ Videcon customer care #. One of the service center - Cool Air Fresh System, Hyderabad technician came and suggested to replace Compressor and Gas which I did by paying 5500/-.
Within a week the problem again started. When I tried calling the service center they are not answering the calls and no proper response.

harassment by customer service

This is with reference to very pathetic customer service i have received on and off from videocon.

Issues faced:

1. My connection is non functional since morning of 07.04.19
2.in spite of paying the entire amount the connection has not been resumed
3. It takes more than 45 minutes every time to connect to a call centre executive
4. Have called more than 10 times to the customer care team...

d2h channels not subscribed

As i done recharge on 06/04/2019 for account id:91633830 the recharge was successful but the are available as its showing insufficient balance when called to customer care they telling to acquire engineer service which is chargeable of rs200 so i kindly request you to resolve the service as soon as possible and also the customer service are not responding properly to the query...

channel selection problem

I am a videocon d2h customer. My service provider has not been giving his desired channels and has been switching channels as per his wish. I have paid ₹800/- but still have ended up watching sd channels.
My service provider is not even bothering to answer my calls and replying to my messages. I find this new arrangement of selection of channels very disappointing....

packages changed without my permission

I have been using a same plan for last one year and had not changed to plan as per trai. Today all of sudden, i see all the channels removed from my account. Some random channels have been added and the customer care executive is not helping me to find when it was changed. He himself accepted that we are cheating the customers my changing the channels without permission.

unable to select channels

My complaint is pending from 27.03.2019 and unable to select channels of my choice as per TRAI Guide lines. I have multi room connection and even after more than 100 calls their customer support say they can add only single channels costs high and not broadcaster's bouquets

This defeats the purpose of TRAI. Further I can not select channels of of my choice for each TV mirror channels would cost more due to the new regime.br...

videocon d2h e18-4 issue

E18-4 service not available even after repeated complaints to customer care.
Firstly call are answered after a wait of 20 to 30 min a and they replied saying sorry your service will start shortly but even after 1 day no service
I think videocon is making money by fooling people

videocon not following trai guidelines and cheating me

Hello,
I had registered a complaint regarding incorrect billing of my account customer id for videocon[protected] on 30th of january 2019.
I was being billed @ inr 496 a month, however as per my modified selection (Trai guidlines) i should have been billed @ inr 267.70 a month.
The issue has not been resolved yet they are billing me more and providing only channels for 267.70 pack.

Pathetic customer care service. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care since 5 hours it's jus so annoying that how carelessly videocon is dealing with this issue. The packages are just something else now it keeps renewing new packs without any notification. Do the needful as soon as possible if this continues i would like to discontinue your service...

worst customer care services

I'm a current customer of videocon d2h. It is more than 120 hours since we have recharged for one month package. Only taking money and zero service. Your customer care pumping back only excuses on various cretext. I expect this excuses from the customer care till the offer ends. Either get us the money or do proper service regulating the lost days....

Hi... I purchased this tv set which is led, uhd, 3d features with a 5 years warranty in 2015 oct. Have been facing challenges with panel in the past for which technicians have been visiting without any visiting charges (Beyond 1 yr as well). Now problem with panel again and service center is charging rs 1500 visiting charges which are very high and uncalled for. Led is under warranty, when customer buys an expensive led with warranty he expects...
