Every time i call them they keep on hold and then they disconnect the call. It's been more than 20 times i have contacted them and none were able to help me.

Customer service guys are from village i guess they don't understand my problem even after explaining many times.

I have requested fro a supervisor is well but they didn't even respond to that....

We have been trying multiple ways to register a complain or atleast get some support. We took a hd set top box and even had the minimum 2 months completed. Now post that, we are unable to see the device on our account nor select any hd package. It only allows us to select sd packages. Please help us. Its been months since we are trying to chase....

I have recharged videocon d2h through d2h infinity app and with amount 700rsand selected south silver package. But only very few channels are coming most of the channels are not coming i'm facing this issue since 3 months they are not responding at all. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I think they are making customers fool. Very pathetic website they have developed. Very surprised that we can not login to d2h site. Also validations are not properly handelled. Not able to login using mobile number nor mail id. Please take action asap. Our channels have been stopped and customer care also not helping us to select packages.
