My Vodafone number is [protected] It is a postpaid connection since long time. Now I am not willing to continue this as postpaid. I want to convert it to prepaid from postpaid with same number.

I complaint because there are no option to convert postpaid to prepaid in "My Vodafone App" or in online....

Sir, i cant understand that, how these fake people use a account number as the name of vodafone india limited,
Is this possible that anybody can open a account as the name of vodafone india limited,
I think all this type of scam get done by vodafone employee
I have been a victim of this fraud
Please sir take a action to stop this type of fraud

My prepaid balance has been deducted by 85 rupees and then 50 rupees for some vodafone tv plan which i never heard of. Totally wrong. I never even heard of any such plan, let alone subscribe for it. I have emailed customer care, but there is no response. I googled and found so many similar complaints from others also. Vodafone is looting my money. I want my money back. Number [protected]...

I cannot send any text messages on my iphone 6s. Imessages and facetime are showing error in activation. I tried putting my sim in other phone but didn’t work. Can’t send messages when 4g /3g/2g is on. Facing this issue for a long time. Nobody at vodafone’s customer service seem to have a fix. I just get irrelevant resolves which do not work. I have been facing this issue from a very long time and nobody seems to fix it....

Dear vodafone your customer care does not behave well.
Other thing is that we are not able to connect your customer care easily.
Your customer cares does not provide effective information.
If these will be keep on then i will port my sim. And also ask our neighbors. To port it to another.
Last thing we are bot able to get 4g network everywhere....

Hi this is mehul shah here from mumbai using vodafone since last 12years i have got married in 2012 & now i'm in troble as my since last 4-5months my wife is talking late night with one guy & for the same i am already having outgoing details of my wife number which is also from vodafone but now i wants to know about incoming call details so may i know that is process to get the details of incoming call details??

I use a prepaid vodaphone sim in my phone. I want the post call notification to be disable (By that i mean, the message that pops up after my call sayin "your last call charges was xx. Xx and balance is yy. Yy".

I find this irritating and i think the customer should have the freedom to decide if he wants that notification or not.
I talked to cc but they expressed their inability. But i m not convinced. Pl help

I have been using vodafone post paid service for past (Around) 2 years and i too have observed that they are activating such services on their free will and charging any amount... Last to last month i got a bill around rs 1550 which got reduced after lot of hassel to rs. 1350... But again i have found that they have repeated the same thing in last 2 month bills... Duplicate sim was collected against biometric verification. The law states that the sim card should be fully activated when it is handed over to the customer. Hoewever, sms was barred, and i was at tremendous inconvenience as no banking transactions could be done as otp can not be received. I had been using a postpaid number for more than 4 years now. I always paid my biils on time. I moved to mexico with my husband and was using the number here. But somehow there was no network available for my sim which was a nightmare as all my accounts were linked to it. I could not make any transactions as i would not receive the otp. 1. I deactivated my number in august 2017 and also got a confirmation from vodafone for the same
2. April 2018 they reactivated my number stating it was active under corporate category. I am being asked to pay for the services i dint even use.
3. After following up with vodafone customer care, they seem very confused about the whole thing and different representatives send me different resolutions and keep calling every day....

I ported my number from idea to vodafone (My bigggest mistake). Anyway vodafone has barred my number by sending a message saying ther is an idea bill pending of rs 13. I can't send any outgoing sms for more than 2months and when i asked my customer care they said that my outgoing sms has been blocked since many bulk service messages was sent from my mobile number but i did not send any service messages and they said they will register the complaint and they said to register my number in trai. I am a vodafone sim card user of nagpur circle. I want my ownership change from my mother's name to mine. But my sim is a prepaid sim and the vodafone store is telling me to change the sim into postpaid plan then the ownership will change. But i don't want to change my sim into postpaid nor i want to get a new sim. I need it urgent. Is there any other way i can get the ownership changed. Please help......

I dont receive any otp while registering in any websites or services provided by govt. But when i went to lodge a complaint against it on the customer care support, ivr does have option to reach out to speak with customer support as i followed whole procedure of ivr but did not find the option.
