excess bill

My vodafone network has been discontinued from vodafone since past 1 month because of which i am facing several problems and still they are charging me bill for that period. This is nice way to earn revenue wherein, the number is not made available for use and still rental can be charged. The company wants me to pay for that period when i am unable to use telecom services and also for the trouble i have been facing because of discontinuation...

unfair balance of 18 deducted for 2 calls of 21sec & 62 sec. other than applicable rates.

Vodafone deducted ₹18 for my 2 calls of total 85 sec. Saying i talked for 381sec each i. E total of 762 sec.
I have full proofs with screenshot of both calls & call durations from my call history.

Customer care executives replied to me with different reasons for deduction to same case & even blocked my no. When i complained for my refund urgently.

This is very annoying service....

port out for mobile number 9870814603

I had applied three times for port out at vodafone, but vodafone is not processing my request. Every time I contact to vodafone customer care they are saying it is in process and will be done, but till date port out process is not completed. They have now blocked my number from contacting to their customer care.
I had applied on 6 march 2018, 22 march 2018 and 7 april 2018....

My father is visiting vodafone store in karad to deactivate his postpaid connection for [protected] since 02-apr-2018 and he paid approx. 130 rupees on 2nd april and vodafone executive told him that you're in que and may take longer time than 2 days to deactivate the number. In two consecutive billing cycles, around 300 RS have been deducted as vas service charges even though I haven't activated any services. After I got the activation messages, I had sent the STOP message to deactivate the services. Still, I got charged for the same services. The Customer Support Executives don't respond properly, neither do the Vodafone store service associates....

balance deduction from bank but internet pack not processed

I made two recharges of Rs. 24 through Vodafone app. Both times balance got deducted but the Internet plan was not provided but the amount of the recharge was deducted from my bank account twice. I have communicated with Vodafone about the problem with every proof provided but they are reluctant to give me back the amount as a refund on my account....

abnormal delay in activating the device to receive mails/messages

balance deduction

Vodafone has deducted my account balance unfairly. I haven't subscribed any service but they activated the same on my mobile number and have deducted my balance unfairly. They are automatically renewing these services (Wwe zone & playsutra entertainment services) and deducting my balance regularly. I haven't activated these and i want my deducted balance back in my account. This is very unfair. Please refund my balance as soon as possible...

Hi consumers court,
In vodafone service, my plan is 299 per month and they given bill of 1200inr.
After activating dnd they activated vas.

They told free roaming and browse internet and text msgs and calls too free means unlimitted only internet and msgs are restricted 30gb/month and 1000sms /month respectively. But when i am getting the bill of 1200inr even they included all charges.
I facing the issue...
