I got a call from number [protected] from kolkata on dated 30.11.2019 at 13:25. That person is having details of my contact number ([protected]), delievery address and ordered product details,
He mentioned about a letter is to dispatch on mention address through courier which was same as i gave it in previous order #253241 last year. But no pin code is there so he unables to dispatch that letter.

At 19:05 hrs. But due to some reason i emailed to [protected]@rathiraayurveda.com to cancel the order on same day at 19:57 hrs. They have not dispatched that time so they should cancel the order. But they replied on next day that, we had dispatched it in the morning itself.
Now we are unable to cancel the order.

I have ordered 2 bottles of oil.. And on the same day i asked for cancelling it... Bit inspite of alot of emails and msgs dey delivered it.. And now dey are not replying to my msgs.. My payment is online.. And i dt want to receive the parcel also. The parcel is with delievery boy itself.. I want my money back as soon as possible.. And ask the team to be active and active the no. I had ordered Rathira Ayurveda hair oil, awb no[protected]. Upon receipt, I received an empty bottle of the hair oil . The packaging of the product was poor, the bottle cap was not sealed, due to which the entire oil was spilled during delivery . I demand the refund of my money as soon as possible, I'm not convinced about the results of the product as the first impression has already tarnished its image for me . Kindly imitate a refund...

I asked for cancellation since i was going to be relocated. When asked for refund the customer services won't receive my calls. When dialled from another no. I ordered the 10day hair oil from the website of rathira ayurveda on 22nd feb.
The product got delivered on 25th feb-2019.
On opening the courier, i found a cardboard box (Cylinderical) which had oil spilled on it. On opening the box the bottle had its body with spilled content.

Also i metioned that the oil seems to be frozen.

This 10 days hair oil, as promised, didn't stop my hair fall. Instead it increased it very much. I did a big mistake using this oil. Don't know what to do now. I can we the patches increases considerably after using this. I feel very concerned about it. I feel like i bought this product to lose my hair more. Stop these people from treating customers like money plants....
