I got a call from number [protected] from kolkata on dated 30.11.2019 at 13:25. That person is having details of my contact number ([protected]), delievery address and ordered product details,
He mentioned about a letter is to dispatch on mention address through courier which was same as i gave it in previous order #253241 last year. But no pin code is there so he unables to dispatch that letter.

So, it is matter of concern for a customer who orders product from your website as we mention our personal details in view of safety and secrecy of privacy. But how a third person has access to our personal details.

If it is something official from your side inform me. Whether any letter is to dispatch or it is bluff for mischieves. I am complaining to you due to breach of our privacy from your side and asking to give details about that as soon as possible so that i can proceed further.

Hi, i am dharani from kangayam. I have placed an order on 05th october. I haven't received yet. Courier company is not responding. Earlier i was able to see my tracking id but now when i checked it not available. I haven't received the product or the amount of 799 i have payed. I want either my money should be refunded or my product should get delivered. Please kindly go through with this issue. And provide customer services. When amount got deduted you dint get your product confirmation it will be very worst condition that we face and there is no customer care number to reach them. It is so horrible. Such a pathetic company. The customer services are awful. I ve made my payment online for my order which took me about a month to get delivered. I asked for cancellation since i was going to be relocated. When asked for refund the customer services won't receive my calls. When dialled from another no. They are receiving but when realized it was me they hang up the phone. I mailed so many times and no reply is coming till now. It's been more than 50 days and they are not willing to accept my calls and talk about this issue. I feel so stupid for even trying to order from such a fraudulent company like this.

I ordered the 10day hair oil from the website of rathira ayurveda on 22nd feb.
The product got delivered on 25th feb-2019.
On opening the courier, i found a cardboard box (Cylinderical) which had oil spilled on it. On opening the box the bottle had its body with spilled content.
I sent the pictures by mail to [protected]@rathiraayurveda.com the very next day.
Also i metioned that the oil seems to be frozen.
Now to my mail they reply that "you can dip the bottle in the warm water or keep the oil in sunlight. The bottle will become liquid state".

But after reverting back again about the spilled content they did not respond at all.
I paid 1299/- for the product. Now why am i suppose to use a defective piece with half the content.
They don't have any customer support contact no. As well.

It seems that they are completely fraud and trying to con the people.

Strict action required.

This is weird, they have nowhere mentioned about the age o[censored]sage. When i called their customer support they were not giving me straight answer. This brand is refered by my cousin and he suggested me. I am following the same usage tips what he followed, but i didn't get any result. I started using this from last 1 week, till date i could not see any major difference apart from hair fall control. They are telling me results will vary from person to person and also with age. I have not applied any chemical till date and following the exact instructions. How can result vary among family members itself. I will not recommend this to all who are aged above 45.

Got call from[protected] rajesh pakari salempur shambhu, he explained lots of things like - 10 days hair oil withdraw we had and you won 2nd prize - 8.5l or swift dezire car.
You have to pay for processing fee of 8500 for car delivery charges or around 9k for bank processing fee.
He asked me to send bank details.
Who given my transaction details to them?

This 10 days hair oil, as promised, didn't stop my hair fall. Instead it increased it very much. I did a big mistake using this oil. Don't know what to do now. I can we the patches increases considerably after using this. I feel very concerned about it. I feel like i bought this product to lose my hair more. Stop these people from treating customers like money plants.
