I ordered "Puma Mens Black And White Sports Shoes (JIM_BLK_WHT)" for my cousin on 17th December, 2013 from 100BestBuy.com. I made payment of Rs. 2043/- through net banking. I received the confirmation email from 100BestBuy.com The order details are as follows: Product: Puma Mens Black And White Sports Shoes (JIM_BLK_WHT) Phone No: [protected] Reference No: 28200629 My cousin received a call on Moday, 23rd December, 2013 that the shoes for which the order was placed, were not available and they would dispatch some other shoes. I called "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care[protected]" on Tuesday, 24th December, 2013 and told them to either deliver the same shoes or cancel the order. "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" told me that the requested shoes were not available. I then told him to cancel the order. "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" told me that the order was cancelled and I would receive the full refund of Rs. 2043/- within 10 to 15 working days. Again I called "The 100BestBuy.com Customer care[protected]" today, 26th December, 2013 to know the status of the refund. This time "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" told me to wait for some time and I would receive the shoes. I told him that I had already asked them to cancel the order on Tuesday, 24th December, 2013. And I was surprised to know that the order was not cancelled. "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" also told me that I would not receive the refund but I would get the credit points to shop online on 100BestBuy.com So why "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" LIED to me on Tuesday, 24th December, 2013? This is very unprofessional. The same shoes are still available on 100BestBuy.com and the link for same is: "http://www.100bestbuy.com/product/footwear/sports-shoes/puma-mens-black-and-white-sports-shoes-jimblkwht/... If the product is not available, it should show it as "Out of stock". This is fraud. I am cheated. I do not want credit points. I want my Rs. 2, 043/- refunded back to me as "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" told me on Tuesday. I have been doing online shopping for last 2 years through Flipkart.com, Snapdeal.com, Infibeam.com but I never had any such problem even with online payment. They never cheated me for money like 100BestBuy.com did.

Dear Atish: Fraud is not new to 100bestbuy rather its culture over there. They exist because we blindly believe and send money but its good learning also. Let get together to expose this company. Do not say unprofessional attitude rather its cheater's attitude. Beware and spread the message not to deal with such company.

I made the purchase on 17th December, 2013. It's been 10 working days and you are asking me to wait for few more days.

There is no email confirmation from 100BestBuy.com. I neither received a product, nor credit points, nor any confirmation regarding the product.

Your executives are lying to me. One says I will get the refund, another executive says I will not get refund, I'll get credit points. And now you are saying I should wait?

How do you expect me to trust you guys anymore? You cheated me for 2000 rupees.

I was given 2, 043 Credit points. But I can not use them entirely to purchase an item worth Rs. 2, 099/-. What the hell is this?

I tried to purchase "Adidas Black Men Running Shoes (Adi Fiero Q[protected]" worth Rs. 2, 099/-
When I select option "Would you like to use your credits towards this purchase?", it says I still need to pay Rs. 1, 591/-. This is non-sense.

Isn't this FRAUD of 100BestBuy.com? These are the ways to borrow money from people through your inferior website. 100BestBuy.com is CHEAP. I was right in the 1st place. You DUPE people through the website.

Either deliver me the shoes I want or return my money.
And yes. Please stop giving that customer care number. It says all your customer care executives busy. It's a worst experience ever to deal with 100BestBuy.com

I know I've been cheated. But it's an experience for a lifetime. From next time I'll be more careful and will definitely warn others to stay away from 100BestBuy.com

I have also sent email to the Founder of Suksh Mr. Shreyans Chopra. I have no idea whether he will read it or not. And even after reading it, he will accept it or not.
But all this will make people aware and hopefully they will not lose their money.

The cost of Aakash Tablet is between 3000 and 5, 500. I have checked it online on http://www.akashtablet.com/. Why these people are selling it for Rs. 999/-

It's another way to cheat people. People will order it and will not get the delivery. Then these people will give them credit points. That's how their business runs.

Update:
I have not received any reply. Neither from 100BestBuy.com nor the CEO of Suksh Technology Shreyans Chopra. I have lost my money. And they are still sending me the emails with FAKE offers to buy products from their INFERIOR website 100BestBuy.com
