Withdrawal Not Processing

I have 1win account with game id is 51814265.
I'm unable to withdraw my amount. They Said send documents for verification I sent documents to their email i.e [protected]@1win.xyz
It's already more than 30 days I didn't get any response from them.
More than 2 lakhs rupees are in 1win account...
