I never consume more than the limit however since last few months i have been getting bills which shows high usage.
This month it shows that i have consumed 5 gb which is not possible... Dear sir,
I am using tata photon+ from last 5 years (Purchased in dehradun & currently usiny @ lucknow) but from last 2 years i am fed up photon+ services. Its pathetic, annoying & very bad customer service.
After every 15-20 days speed drops very bad and contacting customer care always get only 1 answer from last 2 years that " i am in highly utilised area so the speed problem will continue till the problem solves"... Tata Photon Plus — Dongle is disconnected (complaint)
I am using the Tata Photon Plus prepaid dongle since 3 Years and recharge every month before expiry to carried forward the balance Data. This month My Recharge Expiry Date was 18th March'16 and I recharged before Expiry on 17th march of 525/-. When I connected dongle to my laptop on same day then it was not connected and sudden I had contact to customer care then they said that it has been disconnected and now there is no balance in the dongle and saying I have to go to outlet and take new number... I'm using Tata Photon which has a limit for 5. 0 GB monthly which i have consumed last month but till now the new billing cycle has not been updated & according to them I have consumed this month limit as well. I have all the proof of the use as shared by the representative over the chat i'm also sharing the chat with you in the word format please have a look for the same... my tata photon number is [protected]. today I spoke with ur executive in early morning due to pending only 1 payment. he or she off my device without informing. when I call her she told me your device will on in next 30 min but no response. just few min back when I called again I request to transfer a call to sr executive he hood the phone till 7 mins and no response after that he cut phone... From last 4/5 months facing low speed related issues. While taking the connection their sales executive assured a minimu... Please do not buy tata photon dongles as they do not give complete information as to whether they have high speed and enough coverage in a particular area or not, I was also not informed about it when they sold it to me. Please avoid buying it. Completely dissatisfied with the service.

Bill received for TATA Photon Data card post paid connection([protected]) for January & February 2016 is of Rs. 798 + Rs. 429, total Rs. 1227, though it is in 1 GB data plan. bill should not be more than Rs. 399 for a month with taxes. Even with FINE for delayed payment it should not be this amount. As I mentioned in my complaint, my connection is not activated and so I don't have Tata Docomo number yet. Please ... Tata photon internet had been stopped on 11/10/15 and last bill amount Rs. 984/- . This due amount paid within time . Every month they had requested extra money, now this the company had claimed Rs. 456 on a/c[protected] . also I had not connection with tata photon from till closer to date. but they had still demanding money...
I was using Tata Photon + pathetic services. l got this connection from Delhi and now i have lost this. Soon i will be going out of country for long time and during this period i don't want to use Tata photon +.
I have paid all my dues and dont want to continue the services... I have used Tata Photon and called them on customer care and asked them to cancel the connection but they refused to do it. Instead of doing they asked what is the problem you are facing. I clearly told them on the 1st call itself to cancel the connection. But, they have not done and arranged a service call to troubleshoot the issue... with respect to the tata photon no. [protected].
I had requested for a disconnection on the number specified on 11 December 2015. As a proof I am attaching the screenshot of the mail sent on the registered email ID.
But it was not disconnected and now I have a bill to pay for January as well... I Have postpaid docomo tata photon internet connection. The billing cycle is from 21st -23rd and the last day of payment is 9th of evry month. For dec 2015 tge payment was delayed by 2days and i had paid the amount on 11th jan 2016. The services on my number was barred on 11th Jan.
