Tata Docomo — Asked them to cancel the connection but they refused to do it

I have used Tata Photon and called them on customer care and asked them to cancel the connection but they refused to do it. Instead of doing they asked what is the problem you are facing..I clearly told them on the 1st call itself to cancel the connection. But, they have not done and arranged a service call to troubleshoot the issue.

Finally I asked them to provide the bill on prodata basis for 2.46GB which I have used with the quota of 10 GB and they sent full monthly rental amount. I refused to pay. Now they sent an SMS stating that case has been filed in Lok Adalat and need to present tomorrow. Also they have mentioned summon copy sent to my home address and i have not received till today.

How to handle this issue?

Also in SMS they have not mentioned about any timings just mentioned as present on 21-01-16..Shall I go or not?
