[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata docomo postpaid internet account suspended | |||||
I Have postpaid docomo tata photon internet connection. The billing cycle is from 21st -23rd and the last day of payment is 9th of evry month. For dec 2015 tge payment was delayed by 2days and i had paid the amount on 11th jan 2016. The services on my number was barred on 11th Jan. After paying my regular bill of Rs1305 on 11th Jan. I have paid Rs.500 on12th Jan as late fees. Even after paying all the bills the services are being barred. Everyday i have to call the customer care for resuming the account the services are resumed for few hours and again its barred. I have approached customer care around 4 - 5 times and no solution have been provided to my issue. If the connection is postpaid there should not be any limit on my account. No executive is able to provide any alternative solution for my issue. I am bearing a loss in my regular business due to this.
