i contacted first maruti service centre at Trivandrum (nh bypass venpalavattom, tvm) . they identified the defect and advised replacement of steering column which they said was a manufacturing defect and come under warranty and guaranteed a replacement in 15 days which dint happen till now - again i contacted aadhi maruti arena tirunelveli for the same - even they giaranteed a replacement in 2 weeks which dnt happen till now - its already been 5 months since we are behind this - an now car is not in a good running condition - kindly acknowledge me abt what has to be done next...
