The prescriptions attached in the order had more medicines but we needed only few medicines from the prescription. But they have billed it for all the medicines... documents asked by mediassist team including the prescription which clearly mentions "admission of patient

He was already on oral medication for a week and only on doctor's recommendation we admitted him to hospital... Mediassist seems to be a fraudster and negligent for the customer complaints. I had my dad admitted to the hospital and when informed for cashless they asked a lot of documents and with great difficulty some amount was sanctioned. The doctor gave an early discharge and the mediassist people didn’t agree to settle it through cashless process and instead asked me to apply for reimbursement... policy requirements and mediassist have said they are unable to process the claim.

I submitted claim on 11/12/2019 and mediassist asked me that i have to submit 4 missing documents on 12/12/2019 on the same day i got another email asking only one document is enough to submit. Next day 13/12/2019 i got an email asking signatures in scanned document. On 14/12/2019 they asked me one document... my claim status in mediassist portal
Please take necessary action... followup with marsh, mediassist team they asked for bank details and team was saying they are waiting for approval. And team was saying they are waiting for approval but still after six months they have not settled claim to correct bank account. I waited for almost 1 and half year still

Their rules and regulations change according to the patient situation.

During that period i face very bad experience.
Totally fake assumption of cashless settlement provided by company to me.
Due to this i had to pay around huze amount rs 27000 out of 48500, which was not good.
My premium was 4781 and my policy limitations was rs 100000 but they provide approximation deduction 50, %
And gives only approval of around 35% (16000)... document request from mediassist for processing. The document related to indoor document . Which I collected and same has mailed to medi assist. In Same time received mail of file closed and delay due to regenerate the request (Ticket No:[protected]).
After that found confirmation of document received ... have contacted with mediassist so many members from august 2019 to till today but everyone is transferred my claim related query to another or said me wait. Since long i have contacted with mss. Debjani but she referred me to mr. Anik for statement matter. From the time of august, 2019 i didn't understand my fault... The support provided by mediassist is more than worst and customers executive is not professional at all. They made mistake again and again. Really l doubt how they survive in corporate sector. To settle a claim they took the almost 10 hrs and made 5 times mistake. How can they provide support by doing the silly mistake, they even don't know delhi is metro city... I underwent laproscopy and hysteroscopy for abdominal pain. I took a confirmation mail regarding the same but when i submitted the reimbursement documents then their back end team wrote endoscopy and rejected my claim stating that i went for endoscopy which is not covered...
