problem is speed not as per our bill plan and network issue, So day one im calling to customer care and raised multiple complaints regularly, but Complaints are closed with out even resolving it and reason they put is customer not reachable,
but we do get regular call from billing department 4 to 5 times in a month and asks when will u pay the bill and what mode you will pay... my data card lossed 2.5 gb only 13 days, i'm not satisfied to my balance data. mene aisa koi use nahi kiya hai jisse wit... I owned this MTS Datacard for more 6 months, I resided in Sholliganallur . I was using 999 Internet pack, as its decently Good speed. Recently i, got Shifted to Thoraipakkam, Where MTS datacard was not working at all, when i keep on calling the customer care, i was getting some irrelevant informations, like, wait for 1 week, try restarting, i waited 10 days and decided not to waste paying Rs... Few month back I received a call for MTS data card fromperfect zone vendor which is situated near Rajeev Chowk Gurgaon, he told methat take plan Rupees 1000 and get 20GBDay and 20GB night and speed will be more than 2 MBPS, I have taken this plan afterhis commitment but I didn’t get speed as commit me by MTS, maximum speedgetting 0kbs-500kbs regarding this I called to MTS customer care number hecalled me and resolved this problem and speed was getting 1 mbps-20 mbps butfor only 2 days, after 2 days again same problem happen regarding this calledup 2 times to customer care no and he called me and confirm about the same regardingspeed and resolved without any resolution
