[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — I complained for internet not working | |||
I complained and called to act customer care for more than 10 times they are not resolving my problem. It is 8th day of internet disconnection and no action was taken. I am from pallikaranai. Please take action. Dont ever go for act in pallikaranai. Go for hathway or airtel. Each and every day i am calling to act customer care and they are not resolving the problem rather creating ticket every time when i call. If you still like this lazy if i called for new connection. Within 1 hour itself you guys will come right. Same also to be done for existing customers. I am not using ur service for free i am paying 1300 every month. Was this information helpful? | |||
