ACT Fibernet — Net connection issue and attitude of management | |||
My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. Even though I have paid the amount in advance for 6 months broadband connection and hardly used the service for 1 month or so, from last 1 week or so my net connection has been getting disconnected very regularly and very slow when the connection works. I have tried calling the customer care, the Hyd. phone numbers but no one even has picked up the phone. Also, the sad part is that they have given the Nodal Officer and the Appellate Authority (Anand Krishna and Suja Varghese) email id to whom I have sent emails including to the customer care department [protected]@actcorp.in but it is so surprising that so far there has not been even an acknowledgement for my email leave alone resolving my issues. It is really sad to note if the Nodal Officer and the Appellate personnel work for Beam or ACT and don't worry about the complaints/ escalations sent by customers like us and seems like they have all these personnel details on their website to cheat customers like us.
