My User id[protected] Registered email - [protected]@gmail.com Registered mobile. No - [protected] It was recorded in your database that from[protected] to[protected] i have used 110gb of data. I don't think i use that much data in 10 days even i didn't download any such big files. To my knowledge, i have totally downloaded 13.64 gb in the above time limit. Later all my data i use is for normal internet browsings like facebook youtube and whatsapp. But my data usage is more than expected like 26gb a day or 12gb a day. I don't think i spend that much data a day. I think there is some mistake in your data usage calculation. I request you to please look into this problem as soon as possible. I also request you to let me know the process of discontinuing your internet services. I would definitely switch to other internet service providers if i don't get this issue solved properly. Even my post fup speeds are low it's about 100kbps but the promised speed post fup by your company is 512mbps. Was this information helpful? | |||||
