No gas yet available even after 2 weeks from the last complaint. What sort of gas agency is this?

no definite reply is available to the question of gas not being made available despite lodging online complaint.

Deposit of rs.7500/- was collected in nov.2022 and there is no gas even after 5 months.

No response from adani gas on the last complaint that I raised 2 weeks ago....

I had applied for a new gas connection to house No.7/594, melakkam Manjeri, Malappuram Dt., kerala in November, 2022 and I was promised that connection would be provided by 31st Dec 2022 by your Local Reps.

PNG had been installed in my Flat Oct 2021 and i am using since October 2021 and bill had generated on time upto March 2022 after that Bill show the negative value. I am complaining regularly from March 2022, no action has been taken till date

After several follow-ups, the pipeline was laid up till the kitchen. But, there is no clarity or communication from Adani by when the domestic PNG will be released.

Additionally, Adani has put a charge in my account even when the gas has not even started supplying as yet. For this given outstanding amount, there is no invoice no. The due date keeps getting pushed out for this incorrect outstanding amount.

Shortly after the pipes (PNG connection) are installed for gas usage by Adani Gas, I have received back to back two hefty bills with fake unit consumption. I paid first bill assuming they are legit and company might have charged for something. But it was shocking to receive another bill with gas consumption details whereas gas pipeline hasn't been activated so far in our area.
Upon checking with customer care, they said bill is generated...

At my home adani total gas installation was done in 2016 and fit the pipe with the date of 06/2017 and till 03/09/2022 they not changed the rubber pipe.
I called customer care many times and they told me the team will visit only when your whole society visit is assigned.
No matter what is the expiry date of your gas pipe, expiry period is over or not they don't care....

My customer id is [protected]. I have tried to call customer care number but the same is invalid.

In fact in my flat i have started the work for interior furnishing before shifting. I want that Adani executive may visit the flat and guide us for the space required for the pipe of the gas otherwise after completion of the work it will be difficult to laying the pipelines.

Hopefully some one will see the complaint...
