      I am generating bills on regular interval and making payment accordingly. No one from the company turned till today for taking meter reading till today. I frequently get wrong meter reading or reading period. To solve the problem, I have to contact every time the customer care and the customer care revises the bill and I pay the bill through my adani gas app accordingly. I generated last bill through My Adani App on 18.02.2023 for 93.821 unit but got wrong meter reading period and bill of Rs. 2733. Hence, I complained in this regard with your customer care and the customer care revised the bill for Rs. 1432. Accordingly, I made payment of Rs. 1432/- on 04.03.2023. Again I got a massage on my whatsapp regarding generation of bill of Rs.1072/-. How bill of Rs.1072/- can be generated when I have already paid the bill upto 18.02.2023 for 93.821 unit on 04.03.2023.
      It seems that the agency is making false bill and period for generating revenue from the customer through unauthorised means.
      It is, therefore, requested to correct my bill, unit, invoice period and meter reading date so that actual bill can be generated and adjust my excess payment made towards bill due to wrong invoice period.

        No gas yet available even after 2 weeks from the last complaint. What sort of gas agency is this?

        no definite reply is available to the question of gas not being made available despite lodging online complaint.

        Deposit of rs.7500/- was collected in nov.2022 and there is no gas even after 5 months.

        No response from adani gas on the last complaint that I raised 2 weeks ago.

            I had applied for a new gas connection to house No.7/594, melakkam Manjeri, Malappuram Dt., kerala in November, 2022 and I was promised that connection would be provided by 31st Dec 2022 by your Local Reps.

            I had contacted your Rep, Mr.Sivaprasad, Asst. Manager, - PNG projects, mobile No.[protected] on a number of occassions for the reason for delay and every time I was told that gas would be connected in 2 days.

                  While renovating my kitchen I had the gas pipeline removed temporarily to avoid gas leakage while labours were breaking the walls. As instructed by customer support and the team who came to remove the pipeline, I called again and registered request (#R[protected] to reinstall the pipeline. It has been more than 25 days now and there has been no action taken. I am following up with the customer service team who directs me to local office who again directs me back to customer service. My family has been ordering food from outside for more than a month now! I don't need to call out the financial & health implication of that.
                  I have never heard of such gallant unprofessionalism or irresponsibility from any other similar service company. IGL takes 4 hours! 25 days in, I still dont have any visibility on the progress. Rajitha

                    I am a retired Colonel of the Indian Army. I live in 171 RAJEEVAM KK Road, Chembumukku, Kochi. Recently your gas pipe installation has started work in my area in KK Road, Chembumukku, Kochi Kerala 682021 I have following issues to be brought to your notice.

                    1. The contractor is digging the sides of the narrow road and closing it with loose soil that has sank afterthe rain. As a result there are big trenches formed on the road which is a death trap for two wheeler passengers and danger areas for 4 wheeler vehicles. Your indulgence is requested to level up the trenches made by the workers to avoid any mishap.
                    2. Secondly the contractor has dug up my houise pathway which was tiled.After laying the gas pipe he has left it half filled with soil and has not replaced the removed tiles back to its place. When asked he said their contract is only for digging and laying gas pipe and restoration to old form is not their duty.
                    I believe that you will be charging me the laying cost of Rs.6000/- when the gas pipe is connected. So aren't the contractor supposed to the complete work of restoration to original shape? Otherwise it will be injustice done to the customers.
                    May I request you to issue necessary instructions to concerned officers to sort out these minor issues.

                            After several follow-ups, the pipeline was laid up till the kitchen. But, there is no clarity or communication from Adani by when the domestic PNG will be released.

                            Additionally, Adani has put a charge in my account even when the gas has not even started supplying as yet. For this given outstanding amount, there is no invoice no. The due date keeps getting pushed out for this incorrect outstanding amount.

                            Can someone contact me on [protected] to resolve these pending matters?

From 2020 onwards adani gas was issuing bill and regularly i was paying bills, tenant used to stay at my flat, he vacated my flat in july-22, we settled all outstanding and again i received bill intimation in oct-22, as from past 3 months gas is not used, i had sent meter reading so that there is no bill raised, but to my surprise, bill of rs 7065 was generated, i contacted your customer care today, spoke to happy suthar for almost 30 mins and also informed her connect me with her senior kaushal patel but he refused to come online, i was informed by happy that from past 3 years estimated bills were being raised bcoz meter reading was not done and blamed me for that. This is totally unprofessional. I request to waive off this amount as there is no fault of mine. I just don't understand why for almost 3 years estimated bills were raised. Why after 3 months if reading was not done, as a process call to customer was not done to check the actual reason on no meter reading reported, and why after 6 months gas supply was not stopped. I hope you understand from customers perspective and resolve this issue reversing rs 7065 immdtly of invoice number R[protected]. And also make necessary corrections in operations to avoid this kind of error - mistake to other customers too.

                                  The invoice pertains to the period 21.06.22 to 17.08.22. My new connection was activated and supply of gas was started on 20.08.22. How and why invoice can be raised for a period when no connection was there. *Kindly cancel the invoice.*
                                  I am sending this message to customer care nodal officer since 9th September, without any response.
                                  My complaint no C[protected] and C[protected] in the matter are still pending.
                                  Moreover next invoice has been raised with adding this balance with late fee

                                    Shortly after the pipes (PNG connection) are installed for gas usage by Adani Gas, I have received back to back two hefty bills with fake unit consumption. I paid first bill assuming they are legit and company might have charged for something. But it was shocking to receive another bill with gas consumption details whereas gas pipeline hasn't been activated so far in our area.
                                    Upon checking with customer care, they said bill is generated based on gas consumption and later I raised complaint with the company stating the current scenario.
                                    It seems clear and plain cheating to many working class people who are innocently putting faith in such a huge company.
                                    Expected Resolution:
                                    1. Refund of first bill payment i.e., Rs. 1334 (This bill and its payment is mentioned in the attached second bill). Please find the details in the attached screenshots about customer ID, address, billing, meter reading (fake) etc.
                                    2. Second generated bill to be nullify to zero as it is false.
                                    3.Also, please make sure these fraud bills aren't generated and it should be stopped here. I have double checked with my neighbours and all are receiving these bills. Please investigate at ground level and check what is going on. If it continues, I am sure everyone will step back from getting started with ADANI GAS. It's a bad repo in the very start of customer acquisition.
