Air India — Have been charged twice for Same ticket paid by debit card

This is regarding the Air India travel from New Delhi to Kolkata, please check attachment for details.

I have booked a ticket from Delhi T3 airport counter this afternoon for flying to Kolkata by Air India, which departed at 2:40p.m and reached Kolkata at 4:40p.m.
I have paid for the travel by debit card, where in due to network error there were multiple transaction failures. Later I got message from bank stating that I have been charged twice, check attachment for details for 1 air India ticket purchased from counter.
Amount deducted was 20412 INR, deducted twice - from Bank of India and State Bank of India Accounts. I want 20412 INR back to my State bank of india account.
