Hello Sir,

I am trying to PORT from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace.
I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 26 feb -18 & 01 Mar 18 but to no avail. i am able to contact nor anyone is able to get in touch with me during my office hours

AIRCEL please send me UPC. help me port my number with other service provider in my office area

I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting to 1900 for upc many times on 21 feb, 2018 but not received upc no from aircel mobile no-[protected]
Pls help me it is most important number for me. Above number. I am using since long time so ago

Sir please send me one time upc code becoze very suffering for network issue
Agar aap ek indian hoge tu phir hamari problem ko
Jarur samjhoge me office aata hu but apna mobile no ghar pe hi chor ke aana padta hai network problem ki wazah se tata indicom wale ne bhi band kar raha hai but he is notified to all tata indicom customer inform by call and sms.
But aircel not inform me and not help me any thing so may be he is not belong to india.

Mobile no tu phir bhi mil jayega but itne logo ka trust ko jane ke bad kisi foren comp. Ke upar trust nahi karunga

I am facing issue with my aircel sim cards.. I want to port it.. I have sent port msg with my mobile no. On 1900 many times. Bt i am not getting upc. Tried to call aircel customer care but call is not connecting to customer care. All the stores i visited are closed.. Aircel is not helping there customers in any way. Please provide me my upc. I want to port my no. As i have changed my state from delhi to andhra pradesh but even after sending again and again port message they are not providing me. Kindly resolve this issue. My no. My Aircel number is the number I use most now from some days there is no network so did not receive any call I was expecting.Also Aircel customer care is not picking up the call I have to ask whome are the people who called me in whole last week.If it reaches Aircel please contact me immediately I have very urgent matters.

I have been with aircel from 2012 and its a basic plan under sme. I hardly make calls and still paying my bills without fail. Recently the aircel network stopped working as you all know. I tried sending the port request thrice and atlast i got one. I called up the customer service and they requested me not to port as at least in chennai it will work. I dint mind waiting but yesterday traai accepted bankruptcy from aircel. I called aircel and asked them that i am unable to make the current bill outstanding as the server is down. They said it will be ok. I asked them do i need to pay excess for portout, the customer service person said no need just pay the bill alone as 10 days the service was not given by them. Today i made the bill payment online and called the customer service to inform that i am moving out. The customer service person said i need to pay excess as its the procedure. I said i dint get service and my mobile still cant make any outgoing calls or messages except calling 198. But she said she cant help out and if i don't pay for the unused service they will not let the number port out?? I am really shocked. Even while closing they want to steal money for service which was not given. I do have recorded conversation of their own customer service person that service was not given and the excess payment is immaterial.

I am soumen kumar roy, on 2/3/2018 i have requested for mnp code from my aircel number [protected]. But i haven't got any codes yet. And also i am getting poor signal in most of the areas since 4-5 months. I am unable to make ir receive calls even. It's very frustrating. So kindly look into the matter. It's quite urgent. Aircel is ignoring it's customers.

My mob no [protected] alrrady free calling facility available for 84 days. But 2.30 rupees deducted on 2 march 2018 which is totally wrong i want refund my money
And also i face network problem mostly call not connected i recharge 275 rupees for free calling but most of the call rejected due to network conjection
Kindly refund my 2.30 rupees as soon as possible and improve network problems

Its too disgusting as the aircel n/w is down and its keep displaying no service...

For the past days am trying to get upc but in vain.

Yesterday, signal also disconnected. Now connected to airtel network manually and trying, still of no use.

Please send me the upc code as soon as possible.

I live in riyadh, saudi arabia.
And i brought my aircel sim to saudi arabia
I kept recharging so that it doesnt get deactivated and also kept the sim open in an extra phone so that i receive msgs.
Today there is no network on my phone
The roaming is gone and it says it cannot connect to this network try again later.
Please resolve this issue and let me know
I need this sim.
Please do not deactivate it
If its deactivated is there any way to re activate it?

I can't generate upc for my aircel number. Every time i try it says sim number do not match. Please solve this. I don't have network since last 15 days. Now i can't generate upc even.
