I'm unable to port out due to an Address mismatch, I checked and the Billing address is the exact same address as in my Aadhar, but Aircel Customer care says there is an Address mismatch, I've linked my Aadhar to my number as well, can someone please help sort this out ?
My porting is being stopped by Aircel saying that there is a mismatch in Address, when I compared Bill address with the address provided to new provider they are exactly the same, so what is the issue ?
Also, last time I was told that it was because my number was in CUG, I have also got this changed post an email to CCARE
