I have a aircel no [protected] of jharkhand circle. When i was in delhi i tried to send porting sms to 1900, so that i can port my no to another operator, but it was not working means unable to however msg to another nos were still going perfectly.

Now when i am in jharkhand it does not showing any network coverage, i don't want to lose this no, that's why i am asking to you what should i do now to activate my no.

      Dear aircel i want port to my number. I am from mumbai circle and from last week there is no network at all. There is no confirmation from aircel whether they have stop their services in mumbai circle or not. But now i want to switch to another service provider. It's really disappointing that i am not getting any response despite sending request for unique porting code to 1900 thrice plz send me upc as early as possible... My number is [protected]

        Hi Sir,

        I am trying to change from AIRCEL to BSNL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 25 Feb, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

          I have a aircel postpaid connection . Aircel network is not available in Assam. Therefore I want to port out my number to Airtel. I tried to get the UPC number so many times in prescribe format. but I don't receive any reply message from Aircel. I have already paid my outstanding bill amount. I need the upc number.             I want to change my number from aircel to another network since there is no aircel network at my place in pune. Although my message to 1900 is getting delivered, i am not receiving any reply from 1901. This number is very important to be active since all my incoming calls come on this number.

I am a aircel subscriber for the last 5 years, due to critical situations, i could not contiue the aircel, for the past 6 days i have applied for mnp code, till now they are not giving to me, then how to i can switchover to other networks, pls. Help us. Because our all family members are using aircel and give that nos.in all government schemes like aadhaar, gas connection, bank a/c. Etc.

                      I tried porting my aircel number [protected] in november 2017 but they just didn't provide the port number due to which i was forced to continue using it. Since 15th february 2018 sim is not even showing network. It is an important number of mine and i don't want to lose it. I also have balance of over 80 in this sim. What will happen to my number and balance? Please give me an option to port out with my balance.

                        In my area network of aircel is shut down before one week. My aircel number [protected] is used in aadhar, bank, gas so I need to port out. I had sent PORT [protected] to 1900 many times but any reply did not receive. I also talked with aircel customer care many times before 4 days ahead to fix the problem or to give the port number. They told me that it should be fixed after 4 hours but till nothing is fixed the problem So please help me to receive UPC.

                          I couldn't get the port out code which is necessary to port my aircel number to other network provider because of not able to send sms code to the Aircel, even cannot make calls. The region of Northeast has problem with Aircel network. Please provide the port out code as soon as possible, as the Aircel number is linked to many important documents and for transaction. Thanks.

                                Hi sir, i am an aircel customer for more than 2 years. Due to network issue, i want to port my aircel mobile number. Regarding this, i have already sent my portability message but i didn't get my upc yet. I just want to change my network as network is the main issue in my area. So i request you to solve this issue as soon as possible and quickly provide me with my portability code.

Since last week i am getting problem in using aircel network. Hence i decided to port my number to other network.                                     I'm unable to port out due to an Address mismatch, I checked and the Billing address is the exact same address as in my Aadhar, but Aircel Customer care says there is an Address mismatch, I've linked my Aadhar to my number as well, can someone please help sort this out ?

                                    My porting is being stopped by Aircel saying that there is a mismatch in Address, when I compared Bill address with the address provided to new provider they are exactly the same, so what is the issue ?

                                    Also, last time I was told that it was because my number was in CUG, I have also got this changed post an email to CCARE

                                      1. I have not received the unique port code even after sending the port message to 1900. I try this when am at office because i do not get signal at home.
                                      2. I have tried sending the port message "n" number of times, am charged each time for the message but i haven't received any port id.
                                      3. Aircel network is at its worst & i do not get any signal when am at home. When am at office, i do have some network, can make & receive calls but am not receiving the port id.
                                      Please resolve this asap. I need the upc as early as possible as many other accounts are dependent on this.
