I sent port request on 1900. Firstly i didn't get any reply or code. On contacting customer care, they told me to resend message & wait for 24 hours. I did the same but didn't receive the code even after 27 hours. Customer care guy told me to send message again. How long should i continue doing it? Also there're no network in assam from past 1 week...

Hi,

I want to port aircel to other network as there is network issue.
I tried to reach customer care but couldn't connect.
I've sent sms thrice but i've not received upc from aircel.
When can you send upc? I've sent mail to [protected]@aircel.co.in but didn't get any reply.

I called [protected] to get upc, after entering my 10 digit number it is saying that, the number doesn't belong...

Dear sir,

I am not able to call or massage to anyone due to your network problem issue.
And i sent massage 8-10 times from covrage area for port my number but till i dont get any upc code from aircel.

Please send me upc code. As i start my this number.

I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have sent the sms requesting upc many times from 22 feb 2018 to 25 feb 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area. Despite sending "port [protected]" to 1900 multiple times, i still have not received the unique porting code (Upc) which is necessary to port out of aircel.

I have called aircel customer care and also contacted them through facebook. But i have not received anything except vague and unhelpful replies.

I would like aircel to give me the porting code for my number ([protected]) at the earliest....

Unable to port out from aircel. Nobody ready to help me. Just extending day by day... This is too much. So irritating customer service. Sending 5-6 times port message to 1900 but didn't receive the code. I just fed up from their services. My mobile number is [protected] and my alternative number is [protected]

I sent message to 1900 from[protected] approximately 5 - 6 messages but with no success for getting code....

I am trying to change from aircel to vodafone as the service of aircel is going to cease. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 27 february, 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc, as i am a student and all my forms for the future admissions have been filled using this number, and if the number is not ported, i wont be getting any informations...

I am a user of aircel from long time and i have started facing issue regarding balance not received in my account, activation of hello tunes without my permission... This time aircel has simply crossed the limit... I have received msg of recharge from my retailer but aircel has not release my balance... This is too much... I want consumer forum to take strict legal action against such fraud company like aircel......

I have mobile number [protected] with aircel but on 6th of february also next few days i send a port to my number, on 19th of feb.18, i also compain to aircel on 20th that port number not recd. Some lady call and inform becu of system problem you receiver within 12 hrs,

Later when i compalin again than tell me that its generated last date 08th march 18 not telling upc, \

Aircel network is not appearing in my phone ([protected]) since a week. This problem is localised to some regions of gorakhpur especially north side.
I am from bargadawa, gorakhpur where aircel 3g and 2g network were better earlier but from the last several days aircel is out of service in my area.
Why this problem has been arised? Is this a technical issue or aircel has stopped it's service in these area.

Hello, i am trying to get the upc code for my aircel number-[protected]. I have sent multiple text messages to 1900 but no response. Also i am barely getting any reception on the sim these days. I use this number for business purposes and facing a lot of troubles lately due to poor service provided by aircel.

I have been sending the port message to 1900 for the past two weeks and i have yet to receive a UPC.
I actually received my UPC the first time but due to unfortunate circumstances, I couldnt go to an airtel store and thus my UPC expired and I have been trying to generate another UPC since then and Aircel is not responding!!!...

I have requested the port number for at least 10 times now. Have sent sms to 1900 multiple times.
The last sms sent was 27th feb 2018 at 9:21 pm. All they have done is charge me for the sms. They are not sending me the port number even after repeated attempts.
I need the port number asap.
There is never a proper network. I don't get the calls and later get an sms regarding that u have a missed call from so and so number.br...

I have a aircel no [protected] of jharkhand circle. When i was in delhi i tried to send porting sms to 1900, so that i can port my no to another operator, but it was not working means unable to however msg to another nos were still going perfectly.

Now when i am in jharkhand it does not showing any network coverage, i don't want to lose this no, that's why i am asking to you what should i do now to activate my no.

Dear aircel i want port to my number. I am from mumbai circle and from last week there is no network at all. There is no confirmation from aircel whether they have stop their services in mumbai circle or not. But now i want to switch to another service provider. It's really disappointing that i am not getting any response despite sending request for unique porting code to 1900 thrice plz send me upc as early as possible... My number is [protected]...

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to BSNL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 25 Feb, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.
