I was able to send port message from my aircel number [protected] on 24th feb18 but haven't received upc till date. Now it doesn't let me to send port message even.
Called customer care for 2 days over 200 times but call gets cut by saying we are experiencing heavy traffic at our centres please sms help to 121 for quick help which is of no use.

Please help me aircel with upc for my mobile [protected].

Hi team,

I am unable to link my mobile ([protected] & [protected]) to aadhar as both these sims are corporate sim. I have already given a request to aircel keelkattalai branch in chennai to change my connection to my name, but do not know the status. I am unable to contact the aircel helpline nos.

I am also unable to port to other service providers due to this corporate sim issue.

Kindly look into this issue on priority and provide a solution to change from corporate sim to individual sim.

I'm sending SMS for porting but I'm not getting UPC. I called customer care but there is no one to respond.

Please send me the UPC as I'm facing network issues. I have sent the SMS more than 11 times but no response.

I am unable to get the upc code for porting as i do not wish to continue with aircel as there are so many networking issues with them. Also the offers are not so attractive.
So i want to switch to some other service provider.
I send the message so many times port [protected] but in return i got no response till now.
So, as it is very much priority for me to get it changed from aircel, i request the aircel team to take immediate action against my point, as i do not want to continue for even a single day with aircel.
Also, from the past so many times i am using aircel only for incoming and not for outgoing. So, i immediately want the aircel team to provide to me the upc code for as soon as possible.

I sent port request on 1900. Firstly i didn't get any reply or code. On contacting customer care, they told me to resend message & wait for 24 hours. I did the same but didn't receive the code even after 27 hours. Customer care guy told me to send message again. How long should i continue doing it? Also there're no network in assam from past 1 week

I want to port aircel to other network as there is network issue.
I tried to reach customer care but couldn't connect.
I've sent sms thrice but i've not received upc from aircel.
When can you send upc? I've sent mail to [protected]@aircel.co.in but didn't get any reply.

I called [protected] to get upc, after entering my 10 digit number it is saying that, the number doesn't belong to aircel. How it is even possible? Please resolve this issue asap.

I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have sent the sms requesting upc many times from 22 feb 2018 to 25 feb 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area. Despite sending "port [protected]" to 1900 multiple times, i still have not received the unique porting code (Upc) which is necessary to port out of aircel.

I have called aircel customer care and also contacted them through facebook. But i have not received anything except vague and unhelpful replies.

I would like aircel to give me the porting code for my number ([protected]) at the earliest.

Unable to port out from aircel. Nobody ready to help me. Just extending day by day... This is too much. So irritating customer service. Sending 5-6 times port message to 1900 but didn't receive the code. I just fed up from their services. My mobile number is [protected] and my alternative number is [protected]

I sent message to 1900 from[protected] approximately 5 - 6 messages but with no success for getting code.

Aircel network is not appearing in my phone ([protected]) since a week. This problem is localised to some regions of gorakhpur especially north side.
I am from bargadawa, gorakhpur where aircel 3g and 2g network were better earlier but from the last several days aircel is out of service in my area.
Why this problem has been arised? Is this a technical issue or aircel has stopped it's service in these area.
Please tell me the genuine reason, so that i can decide to port to some other telecom company or wait for some time till this problem being resolved.

I am trying to change from aircel to vodafone as the service of aircel is going to cease. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 27 february, 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc, as i am a student and all my forms for the future admissions have been filled using this number, and if the number is not ported, i wont be getting any informations regarding the my admissions for my higher studies.

I am a user of aircel from long time and i have started facing issue regarding balance not received in my account, activation of hello tunes without my permission... This time aircel has simply crossed the limit... I have received msg of recharge from my retailer but aircel has not release my balance... This is too much... I want consumer forum to take strict legal action against such fraud company like aircel...

I have already send lots of time porting message from 72 hours or more, but till now no upc code is come.
I used this no from 4years previous. This is my permanent no. But now i am facing lots of problem at this time. I want to change service provider so i needed upc code vrry badly. Hello, i am trying to get the upc code for my aircel number-[protected]. I have sent multiple text messages to 1900 but no response. Also i am barely getting any reception on the sim these days. I use this number for business purposes and facing a lot of troubles lately due to poor service provided by aircel.

I have been sending the port message to 1900 for the past two weeks and i have yet to receive a UPC.
I actually received my UPC the first time but due to unfortunate circumstances, I couldnt go to an airtel store and thus my UPC expired and I have been trying to generate another UPC since then and Aircel is not responding!!!

I have requested the port number for at least 10 times now. Have sent sms to 1900 multiple times.
The last sms sent was 27th feb 2018 at 9:21 pm. All they have done is charge me for the sms. They are not sending me the port number even after repeated attempts.
I need the port number asap.
There is never a proper network. I don't get the calls and later get an sms regarding that u have a missed call from so and so number.
