Hi,
I am an aircel user since 5 years have applied for mnp at aircel service center due to aircel issue. They provided one port no after visiting 2 times. That upc number is getting rejected while i am trying to change the network. My mobile no is [protected] and port no is dt651729.

Therefore i request you to kindly provide a correct port number so i can change the network.

    I have two Aircel numbers. I'm failing to send port request sms from both of these numbers.

    I want to port both of these number to another service provider.

    I'm trying to do the port for several days but did not able to do the same.

    Please resolve the issue ASAP.

        I' m not able to send the porting message from my aircel number. The amount has not been deducted after sending the message. I need upc number immediately. Send the upc code to my aircel number for porting.

        Because this number is very important for me as i gave this to all services.

        Take my complaint as higher priority. I need the code for porting, its very urgent. Plz solve my prblm soon

            Hi sir, your aircel network not available in gaya, bihar. Your many customer changes own operator. Take any forward action to avoid reduction of your number of costomer and provide us clear network without restruction. Your service hurted many person in gaya. This type problem may be accoured other places also. Please resume your service and take forword necessary action.

              I have tried numerous times to obtain my upc code by messaging port to 1900 in order to switch to jio but i get no response. Please provide with a way to generate my upc code and hence change my network provider. Another solution could be providing this facility without the generation o[censored]pc code since none of the aircel customers have been receiving it lately.

                I have send mnp message 3 times in last 5 days but didn't receive any port code by aircel. I have visited aircel office but the operator is saying problem are persist in all areas like recharge, sites, mnp etc.
                And some other telecommunications companies sending me message saying your sim will be closed after some times and connect with us.
                Please help regarding this isseues..
                Network also poor in our area

                  I have sent porting request to aircel from my number as many as 10 to 11.. But it states that there is a connectivity issue.. What we need to do. We are not recieving phone calls and unable to call others..
                  Saw a news that there will be tower problerm again from tomorrow.
                  What we should do now to get ported from aircel to other network
                  We are trying the porting request for the past 2 days but still says that there is a connectivity issue.. Can any one explain whats wrong in the network. Y messages are not going

                    I have requested upc code for my father's, mother's and for my aircel number on 28.02.2018 around 7.45 pm. As the mobile numbers have been linked with gas agency, banks and other firms etc. I want to change over to other network in short time to make the services with those going right.
                    Please provide me upc code as soon as possible. Being aware that aircel is shutting down its services provide me upc code as earlier

                      I am rishi sankar from erode, i am using this prepaid number ([protected]) since more than 10 years,

                      When ever i have reached to your customer care they said to me your mobile number is not a valid aircel. But i am able to recharge without any issue. One guy told to me issue with their crm update.

                      I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms to 1900 requesting upc many times. Aircel guys please send me upc

                      Please find my 20 Digit SIM number -[protected], Mobile Number-[protected]. I have visited today Tambaram aircel office and asked them to check my sim status. Store associated informed to me no recorders on their CRM. I am requesting you to please provide UPC code through sms or [protected]@gmail.com

From the service request status i came to know that upc code for port is generated, but upc code was not sent to my mobile.                             I am having two aircel prepaid numbers [protected] & [protected] respectively. I tried several times to get mnp, but no response received from aircel team.

                            There is intermittent network only available in our area, so i can't utilize the service adequately.

                            Requires mnp in order to facilitate to retain the existing mobile numbers from the other service providers.

                              I am trying to port from Aircel to other service provider. I have sent message to 1900. example below

                              PORT [protected]

                              I have not received any UPC code to my mobile. I tried calling 198 (Aircel Customer care) but could not speak with any agent. Call is getting disconnected saying "Due to technical issues unable to transfer the call to customer care agent". Can someone help me? I am suffering a lot with Aircel service. I am in the home network but it is showing that I am in roaming and amount is deducting for incoming calls. If I don't have balance in my sim I do not receive calls even in home network.

                                        Hello, this is britto, i recharged rs 499 yesterday and today aircel is sending message stated "there will be disruption in service kindly have alternative service" and this is seriously annoying i believed that aircel will do justice when still many changed the network on the day of distress few days back when there was no network, but i did not change and thought it will be rectified and so i did recharge suddenly aircel sent this message, please refund the amount.
