I am aircel subscriber past 12 years. I am from srivilliputtur (virudhunagar District, Tamilnadu). Aircel tower problem for last 2 months in my area. So I think change the network company from aircel to vodafone from same aircel number. I give aircel number to many places. I have send many more times PORT [protected] to 1900 not receive unique no. please rectify the problem.
and generate the UPI Code.

    I have been trying to port out from aircel for mine and my mother's numbers since two days.

    I have even sent mail regarding not getting any responses from their side. I can understand that they cannot stand many requests at a time. But at least they can provide us the upc codes by any other means. I. E by mail or call etc.

    Please revert to us as soon as possible and resolve this problem. My number is [protected] and mother's number is [protected]

      From last three days I am sending message to 1900 for porting out. I cannot send the message. the answers comes as " Message not sent ", Even At the customer service no. 121. I am sending message as "HELP" it gives same message as "message not sent". I am calling up the customer service no. they told me they have highlighted my no. and will be getting resolve. Still no solution even yesterday onwards the outgoing calls are also not getting connected only outstation delhi karnataka its getting connected but mumbai circle it does not except those no. who are with reliance jio. those r getting connected.

      please help me

        I am getting call has not connected i see call ended only.. Same time my frds calling to my aircel no., they hear this sim is not in used in computer voice... Pls solve my problem. As soon as possible it is very urgent.
        . My ph no:[protected]. Even i am in my hometown, the network showing me as roaming. Sso please solve me this issue also. This incident is occurring from:28/02/2018

          Dear sir/madam,
          I have been trying sending port [protected] to 1900 over 20 times in the last few days, never received any mnp upc yet. Request to please.

          This is very unlikely of the professionalism and the quality of service we typically received from aircel. Request your attention on this matter.

          The system that generates the upc for mnp automatically is down or defective, please rectify it and provide a solution.

I[censored] have not able to run your network why should you hold our porting code. All important thinks like aadhar card, bank account all are register with this number but how u stop the number.

              I am using aircel tn no [protected] and i am currently based out of bangalore. For the past 10 days, i am unable to receive any incoming calls into my aircel number eventhough aircel outgoing is working. I tried to call customer care, but unable to get in through since it got failed in validation while entering mobile and sim no eventhough both are valid.

              Then i dropped mail to the customer support but aint find any response from them till now.

              Due to this issue, i am not getting any calls into my aircel mobile.. Which is unfortunate and not good.

                I want to port my aircel number to other network. Though i sent correct format to 1900. Am getting same response of. Please send in correct format. That is my official number. I really need that number. So kindly take neccessary action to fix this issue. Reply as soon as possible. I attached images the format i send and response i got. Is there any other way to port the no??

                  From past few days, i am unable to get incoming calls to my number, already i have missed so many important calls and i am facing a hell lot of issues because of this. I am getting frustrated, i cant even search for the network manually and set it. I dont want this to continue anymore. If yu can resolve this issue do it asap or else i may have to opt for porting.

                      My number [protected], yesterday i had sent port request twice but i haven received the reply yet, one week before also i had sent porting code twice but no reply. Yesterday i got a message like we r getting some n/w distruption so kindly do the alternative but without porting how can i do the alternative, so do the needful, because this number am using for more than 6 years and my contact lies in it

                        I send 15 messages to aircel to port no from 21/02/18 to 28/02/18 and charges taken by aircel but aircel not send port code yet to me and many place no network in bhagalpur city.in only one area network come therefore now it is impossible to send port messages to aircel company.in only one area where network come i want to add money on paytm tomorrow 28/02/18 and no otp çame while sms charges taken 6 times by aircel. I faces many problem in net banking and many more because my adhar no, lpg subsidy no all are connected to this aircel no. Therefore please send me mnp no to port

                          Hi,
                          My name is ashkar and i'm holding a aircel number [protected]. The problem is i've been trying to port from aircel for the past one month. They've issued porting code first but after trying they let it down by mentioning porting code mismatch but the fact is it's not. Why are they doing this if they gonna close their services?! So i wanted aircel to provide me with the unique porting code.

                              I have sent 4 times to port out my upc code, but still i have not received my port upc code for my number [protected]. For the past 1 week, i have been trying to port out sms to 1900, but i was not able to do that because of network error, but as soon as i got the network connectivity back, i have sent 4 times to port out sms to 1900, almost 48 hours over, but still i have not got my upc code. Please take the necessary action to get back my upc code.

                                Am from chennai and for the past 1 week our phones are not getting signal tower,
                                Our friends and relatives are unable to reach us to convey any news.

                                We had recently closed our landline connection as we have 4 aircel post paid connections, now our situation is pathetic.

                                When we try to port we got message as aircel has rejected port request for upc mismatch.

                                What do we do now, this is quite irritating.

                                  My aircel sim [protected] of assam aircel telecom service it was working properly but few call droppings were there, cross connections too but i managed it. Suddenly it showed emergency calls & next it was disconnected & in sim slot it was showing insert sim. It has been disconnected since 5 days & i am stucked as i need it urgent, the company is not giving me any scope of mnp too. What should i do now? I tried their email and all but in vain a auto generated message... They should have a little bit of responsiblity!!!

                                      I have been trying to port my aircel number to airtel. But i haven't received the upc code for my mobile number even after sending msg port xxxxxxxxxx to 1900 so many times..
                                      How many times a person should send msg to this number to get his/her number ported to another service provider? If it's too difficult to check msgs, why don't they find an alternate method to resolve this?

                                      I have sent msgs so many times to 1900 but didn't get a single response on this.
                                      Kindly help me with this issue to find a solution soon.

                                      How long do I have to wait to Port my number to another network????? The sim itself is not working properly and how do I know that they are receiving my sms requesting UPC code.

                                        I'm prabhakaran from chennai. I am getting charged but none of the SMS getting delivered to anyone even I couldnt get portout UPC code for so many days.
                                        I've called to customer care many times and told them about this problem, , but the problem has not been solved yet, whenever I call them they ask me the same questions every time, . and every calls to customer service I'm getting charged.
                                        Now I don't think you will solve this problem of mine.. now I've started feeling that you are cheating.. and making fool of me, I'm not going to use Aircel anymore.
