[Resolved]  Aircel — issues while adding aadhar card

Hi sir,

I am trying to add my adhar card to aircel but they are not sending me otp, i am getting message that this number is not registered with us, but i am using aircel last 2 years recharge is successful on aircel.
I have visited 5 aircel centers but no one is able to add my adhar card to my aircel number, its showing error message '[protected] number is not registered with aircel'
In last i tried to request upc but aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 09 feb, 2018. Aircel guys please send me upc.
Before 31st march i need to add my adhar card with aircel else my sim will got block.
Hope you aircel guys understand this.

One more thing i have called customer care more than 15 times in last 2 months and they just redirect my call to senior and i never got connected to senior its just cut the call in 2 or 3 seconds. I have sent 4 mails in last 1 month and no one replied on that :). Its just irritating aircel if you are doing such thing with your loyal customer who is using your services from last 2 years.

Hi Aircel,

Again read my message.
i am using Aircel last 2 years Recharge is successful on Aircel.
And this number is still active as aircel user. See attached screen shots i am still able to do recharge on my Aircel number using paytm. see in december and january.
How you can say that '[protected]' is disconnected from your End ? And i am still redirecting to Aircel support center when diallling 198.

And one more thing don't do any silly mistake that remove my number from aircel. I have lot's of proof i do online recharge and have all receipts. I want my UPC code, do message my UOC code.
Or add my adhar card with my number so that i can use my mobile after March. I want my number to be Adhaar verified.

Its last warning from my side.
I am trying to generate code since last 7 days and you are not sending me my code.
One more thing i am calling your customer care and thay said each and every time "We have technical issue this will be resolved in next 48 hours."

And i filled a consumer case against you, How dare you to close that case without solving my problem ?

I am a technical person than you are making me fool from last 3 to 4 months, what you do with the people who are non technical ?

mail me my UPC code if you have technical issue in sending it in message

I am exhausted from your service, please resolve it. If you are not able to send my UPC code on message just mail it to me on 'krish.[protected]@gmail.com'. Shame on you Aircel, you are tourchering the customer who is with you from last 2 years.

Hi I am using aircel number [protected] since 8 years, now i am tried so much to send PORT Out SMS to 1900 but not able to send and complaint is registered for same through email and over call to Aircel. But it not worked.

We regret to inform you that the Aircel services have been closed down in Maharashtra and hence we won't be able to assist you in this regard. However, we suggest you send a mail on appellate.mumbai@aircel.co.in to get UPC (Unique Porting Code).
