[Resolved] Aircel — no network since 3 days. not getting upc code.

I'm from bhubaneswar, odisha and i haven't been getting network since almost 3 days now. All my bank accounts and applications are linked with this number and i'm not being able to port to any other network because no messages are going due to zero network.

And my alternate airtel number is [protected]

Please send me the upc code so that i can change to another network and continue all my work.
This is highly inconvenient and problematic.

Updated by सूरज मिश्रा The SIM was bought on my uncle's number. It's really old.
This is the new updated address.
Complete address: Plot Number MIG-102, BDA Colony, Udayagiri Vihar, Patrapada.
Landmark: Amber Mall and Royal Enfield showroom.
The Specific location of the issue: Everywhere in my postal code 751019

P.S. Even other people belonging to my city are facing the same issues.
