Aircel — porting code (upc) not received for my aircel number [protected]

I have tried multiple times to get my porting code by sending below sms, by every time i did not received any porting code. Kindly let me know as you guys declared bankruptcy so shall it be possible to get our porting code or you will sink with all our mobile number?
