[Resolved] Airtel — 349 pack not activated. | |||
Hi, Day before yesterday i recharged my mbl 349/- pack. but it only activated internet service. still not activated STD& ROAMING calls service. i tried to cal customer care several time but not connecting the call to customer care also. very worst service of Bharathi airtel. my mob no:+91-[protected]. I went to inquired about a new connection at Airtel office near lift on the mall road, Shimla. The staff was so unprofessional, rude and unaware of Airtel plans being offered. Each employee ( I spoke with 2) was giving different information regarding the Airtel plans. I was frustrated and left the office. Will go for Vodafone now.

I have recharged with 399 pack on 03/06/2020 but on Airtel thanks app it says I have not recharged.i checked balance but it says I have no pack.I recharged and still has the confirmation message with me.I even emailed the customer service as they are not recieving calls at all.I just recharged again with 149 daily pack and pack is activated but now I can't access internet.I have tried resetting APN and even did factory reset on my phone.Worst service ever.
