[Resolved]  Airtel — 59059 not working for activating sim

I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

Same problem ! Once I see airtel signal, I called 59059. But calling it connected to bot which keeps telling different services for 5-10 min and doesn't ask to connect for tele-verification. Plz help urgently..My alternate contact no : [protected]

Hello Sir same thing happened to me also 59059 is not connecting i converted my docomo sim to airtel, the thing here is i am not getting calls please solve it my alternate number is [protected]

I am facing the same problem with my new airtel sim. I recently ported from docomo to airtel. I can see the signal bars on airtel sim, but on calling 59059 it is showing "Network not available" and disconnecting.
This number is connected with my bank account and other official places. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

As said above I was also having the same problem for me call are going... But I didn't activated my sim so I can't able to use my data my alternate number:[protected]
Exact same problem with me ... I can make calls with my ported Airtel SIM but can't receive call over it .. my old sim is also not deactivated yet ... Incoming calls are coming on old SIM ..

I did Airtel portability from postpaid to prepaid. My postpaid sim lost connectivity so I inserted the new sim and try to activate with 59059. But the calls are not going really unhappy to see sim not getting activated. My mobile number [protected]
Even customer care service calls are not going. Let me know why the service is so poor.
The service is so irritating that, from the last 5 days SIM is waiting for Tele verification, they don't call us to verify. I switched to Vodafone after a long relationship with Airtel _12yrs.

I switched to Airtel prepaid to postpaid, I lost connectivity in my old prepaid sim and my new sim not activated yet.
