Once the service / call center people heard about my intention to surrender the connection, they are battery of questions like, why do I want to cancel, can you transfer the line to any of your relatives or friends, we can give attractive discounts for next 6 months etc etc. When all my answers are not favourable, inspite of doing doing something, they simply disconnect the line.
What do I do now?
