    Airtel Postpaid - Incoming calls are not getting through

    Hi,
    I have been having issues with the incoming calls for my number since the past few weeks. I also raised a complaint with ref no : SR77403853 .
    However no one is trying to contact me or resolve the issue. Someone also closed my ticket without even working on it. I don't understand how can anyone do that, close my ticket without confirming.
    So now I am posting here the details of the problem:

    Hello I am an airtel user who is currently facing a network problem regarding airtel 4g network. Whenever I turn my data on the 4g symbol along with the two parallel arrow indicators appear however I am unable to connect to the internet or use any applications which require a network to be established. This problem appears to affect only my colony area . Other areas do not face this problem.
    I humbly request the airtel manager of my district of kohima in nagaland to look into this matter as it has become a very big nuisance

      I am KASA N V V SATYA PRASAD FROM HYDERABAD.I brought a airtel recharge voucher from my nearby fancy shop at patancheru, Hyderabad.I have over scratched airtel recharge voucher of Rupees. 60.

      I can’t see the pin digits becoz of over scratches. I’m not getting what is that pin number which I have over scratched and also I can’t recharge from that voucher.

      The serial number of the voucher is [protected] 27971 and my mobile no. is [protected]. Kindly look in the matter and send me the pin plz...

              When i lodged complaint at airtel company then they replied towards my mail and called me for submitted NOC. when i was reached at nearest airtel outlet which located at nit-1, Nehru ground, faridabad, HR, they denied for accepting NOC for conversion. i got the call from this no. [protected]. is that call was fake?

              i lodge the complain at airtel for even do migration it. i submitted all the documents on 28th june 2017 still my no. is running with that post paid connection. i dont think so airtel employees are working according to company's norms. or no. will be converting or not this is uncertain.
              while registering a complaint they issued me a ref. no. i.e. 76753531, but still they didn't resolved yet.

                    I had raised (Insurance claim) request to get my Mobile phone screen crack fixed. I had explained in detail the exact reason which led to Mobile display screen crack.

                    Airtel representative (8 days after collecting my phone) called me and informed me that the insurance claim was rejected due to negligence. The reason they gave was keeping inside a pant pocket without zip was not recommended. Also, I was informed that someone may have hit me and device fell.

                    I don't understand how the insurance team can presume details on how the device got damaged. I asked them to give me in writing describing the above detail. However, they sent the below e-mail.
                    "

                    We regret to inform that your device claim of Rs.11183.0 has been rejected by the insurance company due to Claim is not admissible due to negligence | No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property..
                    "

                    I feel Airtel is cheating people by rejecting genuine claim by giving some lame excuse. I do see many people who claimed insurance given the same copy paste excuse.

                    Please help me in getting justice. I am willing to take it appropriate forum to get justice. Please advice.

                          Sir we had requested foe static ip from airtel . we got it but for some reason the stopped it due to some fault then we called around 20 times 2 mtnhs have been wasted we talked to around 20 to 30
                          floor supervisors manager n all bt no result and now heights is the are sending bill with static ip cost added how is that possible . we r just tired we are gonna go for a case of public harrasment we called them for around 30 times each one said 24 hours max will be taken bt 2 months r gone and no response i have all the details of instruction id amd names to whom we have talked so far around 20 to 30 ppls and moreover we are now being charged also for it we are not going to pay bill any because static ip is not being provided to us its our right we can have

                            Once the service / call center people heard about my intention to surrender the connection, they are battery of questions like, why do I want to cancel, can you transfer the line to any of your relatives or friends, we can give attractive discounts for next 6 months etc etc. When all my answers are not favourable, inspite of doing doing something, they simply disconnect the line.

                                Since begining of 2017 January, 4G signal streanth is very less in Mahadevapura and Bigbazar stop (ITPL) area. I have complained Airtel about the same. But no body called or issue is not resolved. I don't know what they think about their open network and coverage. They are not responding to complaints also. Now they removed my airtel longin account also.

                                    I got 4G Hotspot with 6 months advance rental plan. But i got good speed first month and then got very poor speed even unable to open normal site. then i complain on 28-jun-2017 (complain no.[protected] but still no resolution and the airtel costumer care executive (#######) put the call on hold for 20-30 mins when i call them. I would suggest to all, don't go for any airtel connections.

                                      My broadband plan was upgraded based on a call i got from Airtel customer service mantioning it was a free upgrade and that I will not still be paying the same bill as earlier. But my bill amount went up from Rs.1363 to 1777. I have requested your customer service on phone to change back to the original plan i had last month itself. He promised that it will get done and I will get confirmation in a 4 days. That
                                      did not happen. And I got an even higher bill of 1823 RS. for June. I have written to Airtel and no response has been received.
                                      I wish to pay nothing more that RS.1300 and am perfectly fine with my
                                      earlier plan. Kindly revert and also correct the billpayable in July, as it was a delay from your side for not correcting my bill plan. Hope I don't have to follow up
                                      on this again.

                                      Some one called me as soon as I filed this complaint saying he is from Airtel customer care. Buy the guy wanted my debit card number. I do not understand. What is going on??? When I refused to share it he said something weird like ' No solve your problem'. !! Can someone respond FROM Airtel????
