Hi,

I recently swapped my SIM on my mobile number [protected]. Got all the activation messages but the SIM still not showing the signal. Not able to use internet or make callS. Thank god my old SIM is still active. But I am confused. Which SIM is linked to my mobile number. If Swapping process is complete then why my new SIM does not show network.

Tried to reach customer care. But as usual no response. Retailer has no clue.Please sort issue earliest

    I an constraint to express my deplorable situation regarding faulty working of your network. Your network is not coming in my area. I have complained a lot of times but i didn't get a satisfactory response. The erratic working of your network is creating a lot of inconvenience. This infact represents a dismal picture regarding your organisation.

    Airtel needs no introduction. It enjoys and enviable position in LTE service. Your company is on culmination but the supply of your network does not match with the reputation and goodwill you enjoy in the market. Hope you will comprehend with us. I hope you will rectify your lapse and transform your notoreity at the earliest. I hope you will not give a cause of inconvenience to your old and bonafide customer and try to rectify our grievances. Do the needful earlier the better.

Daily balance 1 rupees gone in my number and i receiving a msg like Local call-1.2/s Daily Re 1has been renewed on your airtel mobile.To deactivate the pack, dial*129# so i complaint to customer care for 3 weeks but they dont take solutions or deactivate this service.15 Rs i loss..they cant solving the any serious problem.I begging to talk with Executive, HR and supervising department no use.they told and give some number, after that its not going to deactivation properly.today i complaint 3 times but Airtel company block my complaint options..its very heart my responsibility. they simply saying we have to no fear, suppose if you going to complaint anyware. please help me... Indians are not stupid!!

        I opted for Airtel' Broadband connection in Feb. 2016 & it is an ARP @ 16Mbps speed - present FUP is 130GB. Till today right from Feb. 7, 2016 the maximum speed was hardly 1Mbps; I lodged so many complaints & no action was taken by the company to deliver 16Mbps speed as per the plan I opted for & assured by Airtel "IN BLACK & WHITE". They keep repeating the same stories again & again like " IF YOU CONNECT YOUR SYSTEM TO ROUTER DIRECTLY USING CABLE YOU"LL GET 16Mbps SPEED"; this is a white lie since I checked it out too. Recently I got to know that speed is low because of the distance of my residence is from their exchange; they concealed this fact for nearly 1 1/2 years so far & only recently accepted this fact. This is "OUTRIGHT CHEATING" that too for so long. My efforts to set right this issue are in vain & it is quite clear Airtel doesn't care a damn about their customers & mints money in all ways they can cheating customers like us outrightly. My written complaints through eMails to their appellate authorities also haven't yielded any corrective actions from their end; hence this complaint to our Indian government.

        IT IS QUITE CLEAR IT IS PRE-MEDITATED CHEATING FOR MORE THAN 1 1/2 YEARS. I OPTED FOR AIRTEL'S BB PLAN IN FEB. 2016 SINCE THEY GUARANTEED 16Mbps SPEED; IF THEY HAD TOLD ME IN FEB. 2016 ITSELF THAT IT WILL BE HARDLY 1Mbps SPEED I WOULD'VE CHOSEN SOME OTHER COMPANY. YOU KNOW THERE ARE PLENTY OF COMPANIES OFFERING MUCH BETTER SPEED (EVEN 300Mbps) WITH HIGHER DATA PACKS AT MUCH LOWER RATES THAN WHAT AIRTEL HAS CHARGED. THEY (AIRTEL) DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY INTENTION WHATSOEVER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

        WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY IS:
        * AIRTEL SHOULD RETURN ALL THE MONEY I'VE PAID THE PAST TWO YEARS (AROUND Rs. 25K)
        * ENSURE A MINIMUM SPEED OF 16Mbps CONSISTENTLY
        * FOR WASTING MY & MY FAMILY'S TIME & ALL THE MENTAL AGONY ENCOUNTERED AS A DIRECT EFFECT
        OF SUCH LOW SPEED, AIRTEL NEED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE MONETARY COMPENSATION BASED ON
        MUTUAL CONSENT
        AIRTEL TRIED TO CHEAT ME TWO OTHER OCCASIONS BY CHARGING Rs.1, 000 ; FIRST TIME FOR
        INSTALLATION WHICH IS FREE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO OPT FOR THEIR ARP PLAN; SECOND TIME AGAIN
        FOR ANOTHER Rs.1, 000 AFTER PROMISING ME TO REPLACE THE ROUTER (ROUTER PLUS INSTALLATION)
        FREE OF CHARGE.

        IF AIRTEL DOESN'T RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SPECIFIED, WITHIN A WEEK'S TIME, I'LL BE FORCED TO EXPEDITE OTHER OPTIONS.

IT IS ABOUT A FORTNIGHT POST MY COMPLAINT BUT NO ACTIONS FROM Airtel; THEY THINK THEY CAN EVADE THE ISSUE "FOREVER' WHICH ISN'T POSSIBLE WITH EVERYBODY ALL THE TIME.

          I am using airtel network in the city center of bangalore ( Rajajinagar), the best network signal provider ( self claimed) AIRTEL is very poor in my area.
          even after so many complaints to the customer care in bangalore, they dont CARE about this.
          AIRTEL is very bad service provider.
          and all the customer care executives are simply avoiding our requests, and trying to escape.

            I claimed my insurance offered under airtel secure plan.
            Somehow my insurance got rejected with a very stupid and silly reason saying that slipping of phone is not an accident and since then its been 15 days but I haven't received my unrepaired handset yet!
            Please look after this matter and solve it as soon as possible.

              I talked with airtel c.c they told me that on my no.[protected] call rates are reduced for 6months n balance of 200rs is deducted at 2rs pr min. I hate this poor and pathetic service and now i port my no. On Reliance jio n evn my mother is law also using airtel i stoped her no.also hate u airtel for cheating me

                  I am having a airtel prepaid connection since from last few years, but few days before i got a Promotional /offer /best deal sms from airtel, in which offer for 247rs is mentioned as unlimited calls but when i recharged i got the recharge sms, but calls was not connecting from next day, i called airtel customer care, the way the customer care executive response was very bad & i came to knew that the recharge rc was expired it was a limited to 3 days,

                    I went with a bill related query to Airtel store at Tollygunge Phari, Kolkata. I was taken aback by the rude behaviour of an Airtel staff by the name Mr. Dey at the store. He wasn't not following a coupon system and kept people waiting for very long. He wouldn't allow a customer to speak of any shortcomings of the network because "other customers in the store might get influenced". He refused to clarify my bill query because I complained of poor Airtel network in my area, prompting another staff to intervene and take over the matter. Is this how Airtel store caters to a postpaid customer who has been loyal to it for more than 6 years?

                      Parent No. has a 599 Family pack activated with 4gb data and i can use the data on it but i am unable to access net on the 3 child nos. Numerous complaints on 121 and mails to your support team have had no outcome, they have raised a complaint and closed it themselves without even asking me and when i ask them for the complaint history they conveniently say that no complaints have been registered for the nos. I've also had problems receiving your bills on my mail id. I visited our airtel store today and they made me wait for an hour before i got the bill and they have again given me a deadline for 48 working hours to get back to me to "TRY" to fix my problem! I have a corporate account and this is the way you treat us! I hope you get back to me on my email id.

                        The airtel sim i am using is corrupted all of the sudden and is not being recognized by the phone anymore. When visited the store for duplicate sim the store keeper says no sims in stock and do not know the availability.

                        Called customer service and the agent promised to arrange for a sim to be delivered to my work address on the 7th. No action taken. When called again and spoke to supervisor (Raj kamal) he raised a complaint again and gave a number and promised to have some arrangement for the sim which is corrupted by 3:00 pm on the 8th. No action yet.

                        Called the customer service again, the agent says customer support cannot do anything about this. I have to visit the store for the sim.

                        Total nonsense in the way the store and customer service behaves. I am unable to make any transaction as my number is linked with the phone number which is not working anymore. I am unable to make payment as the otp are sent to my registered phone..

                            Hi,
                            I have 4G Enabled handset And 4G Enabled upgraded SIM with 4G Internet Package Activated. But I have not received Even 3G Data Speed inside my Home - situated at R L Colony, Pimprala, Jalgaon.
                            I had complaint Call Centre No. "12118" at least 22-23 Times. But Only replay received from call centre is we will work on it. it will resolve after 72 hours.
                            Unfortunately 72 hours not completed from last 3 months... and I am facing same issue again and again..
                            my friend told me to Shift through MNP from AIRTEL Network To RELIANCE JIO. Because that is the last option for me.
                            Kindly resolve the problem within 72 hours otherwise me and my 5 Airtel Prepaid connections would be shift to JIO Network.

                              I am facing issues in voice clarity and network issues for making calls and receiving calls for my mobile number [protected]. I have complained about the same to airtel for which the request number is 77283230 which was raised on 28/June/2017 and i got a SMS stating as below

                              Dear Customer, regarding the network issue with service request number 77283230 on your airtel number, you were facing a temporary issue and necessary action has been taken to resolve the same. We hope you are able to enjoy airtel services now. To check network coverage in your area click airtel.in/opennetwork. Thank you

                              First thing it was not a temporary issue i have walked in 2 times to airtel connect and both the times i was advised to change my SIM card which i have gone ahead and done the same.

                              Secondly earlier i had to go out of my house to receive calls or make calls. Now i can stay inside but the voice clarity is really bad. " When i check this link it shows network as excellent. I have registered one more complaint with the request number 77569725 today the 8th July 2017.

                              Kindly look into the same and hoping for a early resolution.

                                Last month suddenly I get a message from airtel for CELEB ZONE VAS activation of Rs. 35/- per week, without me being activating it. On 1 july I deactivated same from My Airtel app. On 8 july again I recieve same message of same VAS being renewed & ask for deactivating the same. Means for these ###### I have to again pay Rs. 35/- . I dont understand the reason why they r looting money from customers, instead they can beg. I am thinking of either going to MNP or lodge a complaint with consumer FORUM.

                                  A scheme change request for my postpaid number has been raised on may26th. I requested for a scheme change from Rs.899 to Rs.349.The person who undertook my request said that the scheme will change in one week.After which till today the scheme has not changed and no proper response from the concern which has raised to a Bill amount of Rs.1190.
