I purchased the 399rs plan for my prepaid airtel connection a couple of weeks ago, under which i should be getting 1 gb data daily for 70 days and free std calls. But somehow my internet is not working. Also when i call someone from my phone, it says insufficient balance, but the call connects and happens. When i check my balance, it shows 0 rs talktime and 1024 mb internet. But despite that i am not able to use it. Please look into this...

Airtel had given an offer for hotspot double data plan in which airtel charged rs 3200 for three months as postpaid plan after first month at the time of billing airtel as charged rs 500 more even without consumer knowledge or information

This is a purely cheating of consumers

By this i am informing others not to show any interest in airtel product s and also raising a complaint...

I have registered a complaint regarding the mobile network issue, my 4g is not working fine. I registered this complaint on 19th june complaint number is 77113199. Till date i didn't get any resolution for the same daily i have to call customer care to know the status of the complaint but the customer care agent don't know anything and they don't do anything. They talk like a parrot "we are here to take complaint only we can't do anything...

We have been facing signals issue from past 3-4 months and we have bring to your notice many times calling to airtel customer care and lodged the complaint but till now the issue has not been resolved.in reference to one of our mobile number [protected] you can check how many times we have been raised the complaint but in return we only got the message from airtel that our signal issue complaint number so and so has been resolved for our satisfaction...

Recently i charged rs. 293 on 21 jun 17. For 1gb - 4g data @84 days. Presently iam not getting data and speed on my no. [protected].
In addition to. That through customer care numbers, we are unable to communicate with customer executive for assistance. There are no option to contact customer service representative. It's very disgusting situation.

Please do the needful....

We have organize my postpaid mobile bill an number of [protected] and we have accepted unlimited plan 499/- + sevice tax (Including unlimited std, roaming, etc) but this month we received airtel bill an amount of rupees 834/- so, till date we can't pay we request to you please solve the problem. So, i will go ahead the bill clear.

I will try to explain you my problem and hope an action will be taken on it.

1. I have given request for porting of my vodafone number [protected] to airtel and my porting was done on 9th june 2017.
2. After that i got complaint from many of my client that they are calling me on my number but it showing my number is not valid.
3. I have visited to arc on 10th june at virar (Mumbai) he said...

I applied for new broadband connection in airtel and paid 1553rs to airtel in apr 30th and they promised we will provide internet with in a week after one week i got a call from customer care they said we don't have proper network we will refund your money in 10 days.
After their promise two months is over but still i didn't get money in to my account

Hi, i have registered the request to convert my mobile number [protected] from post-paid to pre-paid on 10th jun 2017 still it is not converted though i have provided all relevant documents and paid the bills. I recharged my mobile for rs 349 pack on jun 11 th. This pack contains unltd local &std calls.1 gb /day for 28 days but last one week i didn't get data. My airtel no. Is [protected]. I have paid an advance rental for 3 months. Airtel has blocked my outgoing despite taking three months advance rental fee. The service provider has no interaction mechanism between sales and billing department. To increase the customer they come up with schemes like advance rental, but fail to live up on the promise. My self mr manish jadhav mobile paid my month airtel bill of rs 3959 online when i was paying bill online it showed me unsuccessful for three times and the amount was deducted from my bank account for three times and it was deposited to airtel.

You have refunded the amount of rs 7918 as you send receipt of it but the amount actually was not credited to my account every time i call the customer care i have to tell full story...

Its horrible and disgusting that airtel no. [protected] having main balance as 400 rs and 399 plan showing in best offer in airtel app as well as in msg and 121 msg but not able to subscribe or recharge. Its very disgusting. The money as balance was earlier utilized. Keeping the balance why i waste another 399 rupee. So please airtel may give the activtation of this plan earliest and confirm it. Really don't want to use airtel...

I am not getting 4g speed. At the time of connection company offer me 4g data as per post pay plan. But i m not getting speed. I am getting only 15-20 kbps speed less than 2g speed. Kindly reply me about ur commitments. Otherwise i will able to pay bill.
Company also know he is not able to provide 4g although they selling plan of 4g
