Airtel — about my adhar id

Its about one message got from you yesterday 26.05.18 saying "your adhar id has been registered by"reliance jio infocomm limited" for two numbers. Sir how its happening? Without my permission how its happened? I have given my adhar number to airtel company only. Let me go for legal action. Plz cancel my adhar numbers added to those two numbers. [protected], [protected].
Why this reliance company is doing such way? I am anxious and afraid.
