Considering above instances I don't want to continue your service and am going file a complaint against this as my brother is an lawyer and I'll take this issue to to possible higher ends, even I do work for telecom domain as HR. I never come across this kind of pathetic service am not sure how do you people serve other customers I was with Vodafone thinking that Airtel is wonder in service I switched to you guys but my experience in Spanish of 3 months but it's amazing good keep going on the same!!!
