[Resolved]  Airtel — Activate internet pack after providing wrong information

On 23/06/15 I got a call from airtel. Their represtative tell that u can use 3G service in ur area after selecting vodafone or Idea network. I agree for the pack but after pack activation I search the network there is no 3G network of vodafone but idea is there but idea didn't register i call 198 they that tie up with IDEA is withdrawn. They said that claim ny complain and said that they resolve my problem within 24 Houra but after 72 hr i m not able to use 3G service. Now on 198 they say that u not selecting vodafone 3G I answered them that there is no 3G network of voda how can i register it.Before pack activation they had tie up with vodafone and idea but after pack activation they said that they have no tie up with idea. I want my money whicj the activation cost 56 rs back. Refund my money and stop giving wrong info about ur packs.becoz it can damage ur status in market.
