Airtel — advance broadband connection amount refund | |||||
I applied for a new broadband connection in ip extension, delhi. I chose 40 mbps plan (Rs. 899 plan) and i online deposited the advance rental of rs. 5428 against the cef number 11162114 on 6th may-2018. But now after making payment your representative is telling that this much speed is not available in my area. The representative is also picking the phone after making payment. I called 2 times to the customer care but they are not helping. I guess airtel is only giving service to get the amount from the customers and once the payment is done they do not bother about us. They are cheating the customers. I want to get my advance rental to be refunded as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||

On 09/05/2018 for txn ID[protected] recharge amount 349/- was deducted from account but data (84GB, 3GB/day) and daily talk-time (unlimited talk-time with 349/- balance) recharge has not happened. The airtel site and app do not have options to directly address this issue. 198, customer number was also unhelpful. Kindly refund the amount.

We get a new Sim card which we lost on last week in orapakkam branch, since 3 days gone still not activated also not responding positively.. It's very poor service they doing which we feel.. Please ensure else you lose the name..
