Airtel — airtel broadband prime amazon offer | |||
I had taken subscription of airtel broadband of 899/- for 6 mnths for which i paid 5410 dated.There representative had given me this offer saying you get amazon prime subscription for 1 yr.After installation i call customer care on 30 th april regarding my prime amazon offer.They say that this offer is not valid on your subscription. I told them that there representative had given me this offer and i have confirmed twice with him regarding it.I told them that if this offer was not given by there representative i would have taken lower subscription. So i ask them to charge me for that particular month and change my plan to lower and refund my money or else give me the said subscription as this is purely a mistake from company representative to whom wrong information was provided by the company sales team. But they denied saying we cannot do anything and just have recorded my complaint no 95655448.Kindly help me with above which is either company representative or sales and marketing team big mistake and the consumer is paying cost for.
