[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel broadband service not feasible in my area | |||
I have been trying to get airtel broadband from last 1 year but airtel is not ready to provide the connection instead of they sometimes say that our representative will install the connection and sometime they say "there are some technical problems in you area and you have to wait for 1 month" . It has been since 1 year waiting to get it installed. Why Airtel is not keen to install broadband to my end. In my near by area like ( syndicate bank, bob) airtel is available and in our area it is not. It is just about 20m away from my house and my friends staying there have airtel. There is a lot of demad of airtel broadband. Please look in to the issue and provide me a connection. I got a call from airtel and somebody collected the document and cheque from my wife. Now after contacted them they are saying that It is not feasible.
If it was not feasible then why you took the documents and cheque and confirm me about connection in 3 days?
What could I concluded from ? Airtel is not keen to install broadband for every consumer, it was only show off.
