[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel cheating customers by wrong recharge | |||||
I called the call center for free incoming on timing. A lady suggested me to do a EC recharge for RS.31. I recharged for Rs.31online. But the plan was not related to roaming. I called back the call center later the same day requesting for a recharge of Rs.31. But the lady who answered the call said that they do not provide wrong information by which she indirectly meant that I was lying. She said that she can't refunded the amount and that nothing can be done about it. Worst support from Airtel. They have incompetent and arrogant support staff. The Airtel support has not called me or provided me with the recharge. How long will it take to resolve this complaint. I have already lost over Rs.100 due to your mistake

Finally some guy from Airtel called me after 10 days and says that I did not recharge at all. What liers! When I said that I have all the proofs they said that their database does not show that I have recharfed..
I have all the proofs. I have a Paytm voucher and also I have attached the fake message that Airtel themseves sent me after the recharge was successful...
First thing I am going to do reaching back home is disconnect my entire family from Airtel mobile and broadband once our balance is over and then submit all my proofs on Facebook. No respect for their customers who has been using their service for so many years.
