Airtel — Airtel Double Data Offer | |||||
I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 from flipkart and there is double data offer on this phone. as per terms i have inserted airtel card first to avail the offer. i activated offer on my number [protected] from www.airtellive.com\offers. it was activated also as i received message confirmation. i called customer care and asked about recharge amount on which double data will be activated. they asked me to recharge with 199 Rs. 3G 1GB data for 28 days. according to double data offer and customer care executive i must get 2 GB 3G data for 28 days but nothing is given. after 1 week they are saying you won't get extra benefit. They are really cheating and not answering properly. They are putting calls on hold and after some time they are disconnecting it. please help me and take some actions. Thank You. This is second time complaint regarding AirtelNextGen TV.
I didn't request for that yet they are debiting Rs.7 every two days.All my amount was siphoned away even though I request to stop.Now they are asking me to topup so that to siphon again.Last time I got back Rs. 125 for my complaint.
I don't know why you are torturing me like this.I don't require the NextGEN at all.I am not going to top up now unless you stop charging on this.Remit all the amount you have taken.If you torture like this I will go to consumer court and claim damages.
