Name : karthikeyan P Mob No [protected] Migrated from Vodafone to Airtel : May 18 2014 COMPLAINT DATE : MAY 18 2014 FRUSTRATED WITH SERVICE : EXTREME, , , WORST EVER SERVICE YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE, LOOTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND SAYING YOU SPENT IT, , , , WTF, , ? This is my first day in Airtel and worst day. I regret for choosing Airtel over vodafone. I was using vodafone for a long time, and i used to top up for Rs.1000 atleast a month as I use 3g much. Today(05.18.2014) ...MY AIRTEL SIM GOT ACTIVATED AND I RECHARGED FOR 300 rupees and activate 127 rupees 3g plan of 1GB for 21 Days, I received confirmation msg from Airtel too of 1GB data activation. Everything was working fine, I wanted to apply for new micro sim and the sim I was using is a mini sim which was not cut properly for using it as a micro sim. The problem started now, when these people started migrated my data from mini sim to new micro sim, I was charged 228Mb thrice at different time intervals, which should be a technical issue, but they claim, I was using the data. But I did not use so much data, though I was connected to internet. The mobile I am using is Samsung S4, which clearly shows the data usuage as 114 mb by night 09:16 PM 05/18/2014. I have attached/uploaded screenshots in the below link. The WORST THING IS WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, REGARDING THIS ISSUE, THEY WERE CONSTANTLY SAYING I WAS USING THE INTERNET, THAT IS VERY FRUSTRATING, 1. WHY THEY THINK THE CUSTOMERS ARE SO CHEAP THAT THEY WILL USE THE INTERNET AND SAY THEY DID NOT USE IT 2. HOW COME 228 MB EXACTLY DATA HAS BEEN USED THRICE AT INTERVALS… IF I WAS USING THE INTERNET, IT SHOULD BE LIKE 100 MB ONE TIME 115 MB NEXT TIME AND 325 MB NEXT TIME, , , AND SO ON.., ARE THE AIRTEL PEOPLE SO TO UNDERSTAND EVEN THIS SIMPLE LOGIC AND ADMIT AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, INSTEAD OF FIGHTING WITH THE CUSTOMER 3. Rs127 is not a big deal, but how they responde to the customer is very important. Next day if I top up again, they will charge all my amount, and say I HAVE USED IT…. WTF…. THAT’S REALLY STUPIDEST.. I SPOKE TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FROM MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected] AT 08.37 PM first a lady spoke to me, later a guy… but ITS WORST DAY … SO STUPID OF ME TO CHOOSE AIRTEL…’ 4. I want to quit from Airtel but since I only got migrated today, I have to suffer this stupid service for 3 more months, as mnp cant be done for nxt 3 months… ;-( I have attached 5 Screenshots from my phone 1. New sim activation msg 2. 3g 1GB activation msg 3. Msg after using data msg as 90mb 4. Time I called to customer care 198 and complaint.. 5.
