Airtel customer care tell me in 1498 rs special recharge, I am share my internet balance to my other airtel numbers but when I recharge than he tell me it's only single user offer. I have audio clip of customer care executive. Please help me sir/mam. I am a student and I have contribute this money of my batchmates.

One of airtel CCE called regarding my complaint and he couldn't solve it and he abused me too. When I tried to call him back he didn't respond and blocked my number. Serious action should be taken against him

I want to deactivate my pospaid connection so, i asked the process to customer care and they said that u can deactivate your number within 48 hours but when i go to the airtel store they said it can't be possible before 3-4 months...so pls provide me the assistance about that matter.
