Airtel — airtel wallet fraud

Airtel money fraud has occurred. Rs 3469/- has been deducted from my Airtel wallet over 3 transaction.

I tried to raise to Airtel customer care. But no use they ask me to complain to cyber police station.

Kindly help on this.
These transactions happened on 1feb 2019.
