[Resolved]  Airtel — amount debited but pack not activated

Sir, i have recharged rs 97 (400 min free call for 24 days pack) via airtel online service, amount debited from my axis bank account showing recharged successful but free voice call pack not activated to my airtel prepaid account. Amount of rs97.00 axis bank transaction refference no[protected] dated 11/10/17. Plz sir solve my issue as early as possible.
