Airtel — banking issue | |||||
I had transferred money from my debit card to my airtel app and then it was added the added balance in the app could not be used as i had to send them a aadhaar card and it was told to me when i called the customer care as i was not able to pay my electricity bill the debit freeze what they call will be removed in 48 hrs but it was not removed and i was not able to pay any bill than i called them again than they said that they need aadhaar card plus pancard and bank statement of the transaction and it was provided by on their email address [protected]@airtelbank.com but i am still not able to use my balance in the app and they say now that i have to wait for 58 hrs which is a harresment to a consumer Was this information helpful? | |||||
