Airtel Bharati — Postpaid connection

I am writing this email to let you know about my disturbed situation due to Airtel services. I have contacted Airtel customer service's to check if they have International roaming in New Zealand but they said that I cannot use Airtel number while roaming in New Zealand. Main reason to port my mobile number from Airtel to Vodafone. On 22-Nov 2013, I have went to Airtel service center in Annanagar, chennai to cancel my numbers. I am aware that the billing cycle date is 24th of every month, so I have given port request to vodafone from airtel and done the payment of INR 987 for [protected] for Customer A/c no : [protected] on 22nd Nov 2013 at 17:06 hours in IST. Also I have cancelled the other number [protected] and done payment of INR 462 at 17:07 IST hours and got the cancellation acknowledgement. Note: I have attached the copies of the receipts as jpg file in this email. Not only me but many customers felt very uncomfortable with the lethargic attitude and worst service by the airtel employees out there. After 2 weeks I have checked twice with the Airtel service center in West Mogappair, they have stated that both my accounts are closed clear with no pending amount to be paid. On 28th Dec 2014, I have got message from Airtel stating that "Please clear pending bill of Rs. 313 " Screen shot attached for your reference. Today 30th Dec 2013, I have checked with Airtel service center in Mogappair on this issue. I spoke to Mr. G. Balaji Mobile no: [protected] check my account and apologized for the mistake. He also checked for the other account and stated there is some pending amount in the other number aswell by mistake which needs to be rectified. He said that he need to check with his team in back end to rectify the issue. He also promised me that he will reach out to me on 1st Jan 14 on this. I informed Airtel folks that I even paid one month rental bill to Vodafone service provider. On the same day today evening at 17:06 got call from +91-[protected] from Kavitha stating that she is calling from Airtel Collections team for the pending bill amount of INR 313 for my number [protected]. She also stated she cannot give any more details. She said that I have to pay the bill and after my request and insisting about the details she gave this breakup of the bill for the number that was not used with Airtel service provider from 22-Nov-13 onward's., which i feel very ridiculous. Super saver 119 20th to 25th Nov 2013 Rental: 46.43 GPRS Charges : 199 Rental Charges in INR: 245 Call charges : 48.70 Discount on call charges: 16.35 Message : 1 Tax : 34.47 Total Bill Amount for Dec'13 = INR 313 I also have Airtel 3G dongle connection, after this horrible experience with Airtel. I wanted to cancel my 3G dongle connection as-well. I do not want to default in any of my pending amounts which would impact my CIBIL rating. Person responsible from Airtel and TRAI should look into this matter. Please resolve my issue and take necessary action on the recalcitrant employees of airtel service provider.
