[Resolved] Airtel — Cheating and frustrating me with activating the wrong tariff plan | |||||
Hi, My name is kishorkumar MS, I had requested for porting my [protected] from tata docomo to AIRTEL postpaid 3 weeks ago(14/8/16) with plan of 399. * 600 National SMS * 80 minutes Local calls. * 960 STD calls. * 1 GB 4G/3G data( As AIRTEL agents told me that i would get 1 GB 4G/3G data and unlimited 2G data per month for next 6 months ) So i chose AIRTEL, i had been calling AIRTEL agent regarding sim activation as they were taking long time to active but AIRTEL agent(Tele caller ) had not been responding my call so i raised the complaint against them through 198 customer care, they had not taken any action, somehow SIM has been activated on 6/9/16 but the 499 pack has been activated instead of 399 with * 180 Locals calls * 300 National SMS. * 640 STD calls. * 1.06GB data. so again i raised the complaint against that agent and spoken to his manager but they didnt responding well. i raised complaint more than 5 times through 198 customer care and AIRTEL complaint care [protected]@in.airtel.com. They have not provide any complaint acknowledgement number. i asked customer care's manager and they said like they cant provide me the acknowledgement number and there is no free data pack and disconnected the call . again i made a call and they said all my complaints had been deleted. they are wasting time and i have been frustrated with those bad services. Please take the action against this worst service provider, here is the recently raised complaint acknowledgement[protected] and [protected]. and those agent and managers numbers are [protected] and [protected] respectively. Dear sir, i am lokendra kag from village salikheda, post katkut, tehsil barwaha, district khargone, m.p.my village and home town is a big problem of signal strength. you check the network problem in this area.

Please provide proper strength and proper network it is very poor strength and very weak network. Internet speed is very slow and network go in minute after minute .
