Airtel — cheating customers, irrelevant response and wrongly updated data in servers (outdated services) | |||
I have purchased an airtel prepaid sim with frc of 449. The plan goes like this 1gb of data per day for 3 months and unlimited calls. And it applies only for 4g handsets, i got that sim for my one plus 3 and inserted in ipad mini 2 for a week first 2 days it worked properly and then i didn't get network access for a week later on i called to customer care people and asked why am not getting the internet access, he said your device is not a 4g handset and the offer is not applicable for that. I had a question for him when all the 4g sim cards works in the device why not airtel, there was no answer from his side and he concluded with saying this offer is not applicable for 3g handsets. Then i changed sim card to mi note 3 it worked well and then to some nokia basic mobile and then to mi note4, i have changed the sim to 4 devices, my plan was working good and yesterday 27/9/17 changed sim to ipad mini temporarily and today when i took back and inserted in my one plus 3. There was no interest access in my device when i called them they said the plan is cancelled as i have changed the device. And replaced sim into non 4g handset that is ipad mini. When i asked them that i did the same thing last month nothing has happened and when i called your representative they didn't say anything as such for that they said no sir you haven't changed the sim earlier... Yesterday it got updated so your plan got cancelled. My question to them was why it didn't get cancelled earlier when changed to other devices and why now... They don't have the records that i have changed my sim to other devices... If you loose your mobile or sim card how can we trust airtel people for tracking our device... If they don't get proper data in their servers then if the thief is using airtel sim in our device then how can we get the details... They are unfit to run a telecom services and they are careless about customers problems he is telling like sir you should be happy for using benefits for free...
